Great knife. We use it in a commercial kitchen

Knife is bigger than I expected and with a great weight/balance to it. This will be perfect next time I'm slicing a watermelon! Super sharp edge to boot! I don't use a knife block but the red foam insert sits perfect in my drawer and holds the knife in place.

Its a great knife for the price. The knife doesn't hold its edge in certain places but the softness of the edge allows you to sharpen with ease. I didnt realize how much the long blade helps when slicing.
