This works great! It was much cheaper than the big baking brand. I used only a little bit with my candy melts. Prior to this, my candy melts clumped up and wouldn’t melt. I’m so glad that I ordered this! Follow the directions on the candy melts packaging (e.g. reduce the microwave power), and make certain that the bowl and any utensils used are completely dry. I used just a little sprinkle of the crystals. I wish I had taken pictures of both tries. I didn’t use Crisco on either batch. I made cake pops and they came out perfect!

Does the job in thinning dipping chocolate, especially white, to perfect consistency. Add sparingly as needed. It only takes a small amount. Does not change taste or finished consistency of the chocolate

This worked like a charm while making cake pops. The chocolate chips seemed old and made a lumpy finish on the cake pops. A spoon full of these crystals and viola!! The cake pops were smooth and shiny!

Package arrived in perfect condition. They was no melted or stuck together pieces. Have not used yet but will update my review if things go south lol.

I really like this product! I use it to melt chocolate in a very smooth consistency to cover pretzels, cake pops, and marshmallows.

Like all online shopping don't order meltable items in summer. If it didn't come to me in a solid brick then I'm sure it would've been very handy in candy melting.

Cake pop maker’s dream most of the time the candy melts you get from the craft stores don’t melt well very chunky and thick this was a blessing after adding a few spoons the candy melts melted beautifully nice and smooth no more elephant skin!
