The packet had 20 each of the IRS Form A, Employee Forms B, Employer Form C (State Form), and one 1096 Form to report total 1099 earnings. Everything the small business needs to report and comply, and at a low price.

Missing Copy A
This was supposed to include ALL the forms needed to file 1099NECs - including Copy A for the IRS. It did not include that form (which for me, was the most important one). Now, I have to scramble and try to find a copy.
