Thomas & Friends Take-n-Play, Thomas

I recently discovered these Thomas play sets. My preschooler is absolutely in love with Thomas and his friends. We have tons of the Thomas mini trains and lots of the big wooden trains and track. These trains are between those sizes. They are NOT compatible with wooden tracks, but there are their own sets of plastic tracks made for these trains. The ends are magnetic so they can all stick together. The tracks and trains are reasonably priced, but it IS another set that I have to spend MORE money on.

Love these trains. The take n play trains are great for on the go! They are metal with plastic wheels. Very durable. Thomas number one has scratched off quite a bit and we have only had Thomas for 2 mo. My two year old doesn't care though. Great toy! Great price! Take n play trains do not fit on regular Thomas train wooden train tracks.

My kid is obsessed with this toy. It is small enough that you can easily fit it in your purse or something, but large enough that you don't have to worry about it being a choking hazard. Seems good quality. It's not motorized (which is fine) but the wheels do move, so it keeps the kiddo entertained.

My two year old is obsessed with Thomas, what little boy isn't. He was so happy to get this guy in the mail. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the paint is already rubbing off and we have only had it for a couple months. He doesn't play with it any rougher than other toys, so it's disappointing that it doesn't hold its color. The 1 is almost unnoticeable now. I'd still recommend getting it especially considering the price.

Great quality and size. Bought two of these for my nephew and he loves them. He is three years old and all about Thomas and his Friends. Quality seems great as it has held up to him playing with them thus far!

My nephew LOVES his Thomas pillow. He would be extreamly sad if Thomas ever fell apart so it's a good thing he's well made!

My grandson really enjoys anything with Thomas the train.

This is a great little Thomas engine and my two year old son adores it already. It's the right size for him to take a play and as intended works well on the little Thomas track set he has.The engine is well made and painted and feels sturdy enough to take plenty of use/abuse. It comes well presented and the magnets are strong and link well with the other engines.Great little Thomas toy, this one's a hit with us.
