I have always been very pleased with the output from my HP Color LaserJet 1525nw. It produces beautiful results that are acceptable for representing my business.I have had good luck with LD's black toner for monochrome lasers so I figured I'd try a color toner. Immediately after replacing the empty genuine HP cyan toner, I ran into problems. Mine didn't have any issues with leaks but the color accuracy became terrible. You can print the same document 5 times and the hues will all be noticeably different. Running the printer's calibration mode doesn't fix the color accuracy problem. It may be alright for draft documents but I would never use this to print my business documents.Unlike other LD toner that I have purchased, this one was "remanufactured" by a 3rd party company in China. The other LD toners were new, "compatible" cartridges. I'm much happier with the new, compatible ones; the results have been indistinguishable from the genuine toner. Perhaps that explains the quality difference? I don't know...
