I work 4 days a week, so this 4 set was perfect for my morning coffee. I never washed the lids in the dishwasher & my cups were rarely dropped or knocked around. Within 8 months, all 4 lids have broken. In the beginning, these cups were great! Totally leak proof, kept my coffee warm, etc. At first the “leak proof” was less effect. Then the tops began to lightly crack. Finally, one by one, within a month of each other, all of the lids broke into several pieces. Good cups as long as you plan to replace semi-annually.UPDATE: customer service is great! Seller made it right. Thank you so much! 😊

I used these mugs for groomsmen gifts and had a friend put each name on them with silver vinyl. They were a great, cost-effective gift and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they look great (just like in the photo) and keep you coffee nice and hot, but the company was very helpful and quick to respond. One of the mugs arrived with the lid broken, and after communicating with the company, they immediately sent me a free replacement. I was very pleased with their customer service! Would definitely buy from them again.

I use this for everything! I especially like how thin it is so I can hold it easily (unlike a Yeti). It keeps my beverage hot or cold for hours and easily fits in any cup holder. Would definitely recommend.

It very much delivers up to its promises. It really is easy to clean (we hand clean them.) It keeps the coffee warm throughout my workday. It fits in my small car's cupholders.After a month of use however, 2 of the lids (sliders), have broken. I don't even use the sliders much, taking the whole lid off at work as it sits on my desk. This is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. If I find a replacement lid that works I'll repost the link here incase others have a similar issue.

I love the size of this tumbler. It is very easy to hold. However, I dropped it on cement and the lid broke. Now I can't find the right size to fit it, and I can't find contact info for the seller to try and get a replacement.😒

This tumbler is very basic but exactly what I was looking for. The quality is good, and the price was also good at the time I purchased it. It does keep drinks cold/warm.

Bought them for a graduation gift for my son's friends.. unfortunately the inkjet waterslide decal paper I bought in order to put a design on them did NOT work... but, well, they got a nice mug...as recent college grads they will soon be grateful to have a way to hold their lifeblood (COFFEE) as the navigate the traffic on the way to work.

I like it but the sliding closure piece broke so now it isn't spill-proof 😒

Was ok for what I paid (around $13 cdn), there are better ones at Canadian Tire for almost the same price. The lid was different from what was expected. You sort of push it open and close and it gives you a feeling of resistance like a suction. It got very stainy quick, which I’m not a fan of.Also very tall and skinny with no handle.

I like the size, it fits in cup holders in cars
