EGGZ Motorbike earplugs - Specifically for motorbikes, motorcycling and outdoor riding. Traffic remains audible

These were bought on a whim after being subjected to endless advertisements on fb. However, the FLARE products I also use can get uncomfortable on some rides so I thought an alternative would be useful. In the end I only used the EGGZ on an European trip to Prague and they were very good for protection, comfort and being able to hear my wife on the intercom.

I ordered these after misplacing my loop ear plugs and I needed something delivered fast to use whilst riding my motorbike long distance.These are brilliant, easy to put in and take out. They cut down wind noise brilliantly but I can still hear the engine, the music through my comms is clear and I can still have a conversation with them ear without struggling to hear. They're much more effective than my previous ear plugs at filtering noise.The case they come in is very handy too.The only problem I had was I found the medium size uncomfortable after a short while, they're just too big, I normally wear XS ear plugs. So I emailed Eggz and they sent out the small ear plugs free of charge and they're perfect, I hardly know I'm wearing them, very comfortable even after several hours.Brilliant ear plugs, excellent company.

These are a decent pair of ear plugs. I’ve tried dozens over the years and these are up there with the best. I can still hear my music whilst out on my motorcycle but wind noise is definitely less!

Fair price, quick delivery, well packaged and does the job nicely. Fits well and reduces wind and other noises. Can still hear what needs to be heard for communication and safety.

Not good enough for motorway speeds, wind noise is still quite loud. Fine for a more relaxed ride perhaps, can hear petrol station cashiers fine. Seems to let high pitched noises through so can mostly hear transmission whine in town. I'll use them on shorter rides but go back to my Flare plugs for fast ones.

I haven't used earplugs before but I went to France for a week and was concerned that riding at motorway speeds for 6 hours at a time could do some hearing damage. I wear an open face helmet and the wind noise is always intrusive.They don't stop all noise, but the intensity is reduced. You can still talk to people, it doesn't affect ordinary conversations. They are really comfortable to use, easy to put in and extract and come with a small metal container that fits on your key ring. I'd recommend them if you are doing any long distance trips at speed, although they'll probably be helpful for shorter trips too.
