We are continually on the search for the ultimate microwave rice steamer. This one does a good job, but the handle has very sharp ends where they join the rice basket. They also pull through and come out. However, the rice it makes is excellent! Like all rice steamers, no-one has thought that steam is hot and that there really needs to be a very good top handle so that you don't burn yourself. This one has an indented fitting, which is fine when cold, but could be tricky when hot.

I would have liked some instructions on how to use it (how much water to rice) but it was easy enough to google. The cooker is solid and well made, easy to clean and as promised, delivered a really fantastic bowlful of soft well cooked rice. It’s nice to be able to rinse the rice in the container it is going to be cooked in. Less mess

Arrived eventually but without any instructions having said that very good quality and works well for basmati rice 1 cup rice 2 cups water pinch of salt 16 minutes in microwave allow to sit for a minute all done

No problem with the product but nearly 2 months to get here is ridiculous. Although to their credit, they did refund my money.
