I purchased this as New and received it as used!Update. Customer service took care of the mistake, so I thank them for their immediate response. I also want to add I did try this out and I like how easy it was to use. A big plus was I had no irritation from it🤗!I tried Godefroy before and it irritated my skin, so I was skeptical to try this one, but given there was no peroxide to mix I wanted to give it a go and I'm glad I did. I used my own eyebrow brush for more precision, as the wand it came with was flimsy. I am happy with the formula from this product and will do another update on how long it lasts.**UPDATE** The product lasted about 12 days for me. I am sad it didn't last longer.

Pretty dark for a natural blonde.
I left it on for a minute because I was afraid of it being too dark. It didn't seem to color at all, so I did it again for the suggested two minutes. It was way darker and redder than I expected! I looked kind of silly. I won't use it again.

Worst ever. This product stains your skin (even if you use petroleum jelly). I cannot get the stain off of my skin and have tried everything. I am going to look ridiculous for 2 days until it comes off. The other Godefry eyebrow tint is way better (red box). Do not buy this.

Works great but doesn't last 28 days.
Easy to use and even though it doesn't quite last 28 days, it last about 3 weeks but still easier and cheaper than going to get my eyebrows dyed.

My eyebrows were tattooed 6 years ago and they have since then have turned a greenish color! This product has been a God sent! I put this on and it lasts for days! I never see the green shade anymore!
