I LOVE my fountain! It was the perfect complement for my "backyard oasis." With direct sunlight it creates the perfect ambiance. I gave it 4 stars because of the direct sunlight factor, but aside from that this is perfect! It is not a heavy fountain, so if you live in an area prone to severe winds (and it's in the open) I would secure. However, mine is not secured and I have had no issues.

If the water output of your Fountain is slowing down…. Read this ⬇️Take apart the pump, gently remove the tube connected to the pump and look at where you can remove one end of the pump, now take the sponge out and rinse all the debris out. 😊

Just purchased this fountain very nice looking accept brother battery portion of the solar panel doesn't work, I will reach out to customer service to see if they can send me another one I will give you an update I'm lost.

This fountain does NOT switch to the battery backup automatically. You must go outside get behind the solar panel and push the button for battery. Then in the morning, you have to get behind the solar panel again and push the button for solar. It is a pain and not what the description leads you to believe. Bad design.

While this was easy to put together it is so light weight that it is not usable, plus the water would not come out correctly. We set it up and turned it on and the first thing we noticed was that the water did not flow out of the fountain easily. And yes, it was on an even and level surface. Then when the first storm blew through the area the fountain was blown over and the pineapple broke off the top. We put in for a return and the company immediately made things right for us. I will definitely be using this company again, just maybe not for this product, or if I do get this again we may have to change the location so that it is out of the wind.

I have written 4 times to in regards to this item. I received it and it is really nice looking. BUT there was no pump in the box. I have had the fountain or as it is now with no pump, bird bath for quite awhile now. I still have not heard one word from either the seller or for that matter Amazon. I really expected better especially from Amazon. This was not an inexpensive fountain.

Easy to assemble, works like a charm and creates a very tranquil sound of water.
