Love Drop Dead Diva. Fun to watch with my granddaughters.

I love this series. I bought every season. They are a light funny show that is just clean entertainment.

This is a well acted (especially Brooke) & written show. Highly recommend. It's both funny & serious.

Found this show by accident and now I can't get enough of it. Going to be said when I get through all seasons. I'll just have to re-watch them.

The casting is excellent as is the writing. The characters are ones familiar in most offices even if a bit exaggerated. It is a very human show with cruelty, sarcasm, laughter and heartbreak.

Creative story and talented actors.

I am very pleased with the Drop Dead Diva DVD it was a very good Price and perfect condition.

Body-Switch-Komödien sind alles andere als neu und ich war äußerst skeptisch, zumal es hier um ein blondes Model geht, das in den Körper einer molligen Rechtsanwältin springt. Da liegen Dicken- und Blonden-Klischees natürlich sehr nahe. Auch die zickige weibliche Konkurrentin in der Kanzlei darf nicht fehlen. Jedoch wurde ich positiv überrascht. Die Charaktere, die in den Grundzügen schon klischeehaft angelegt sind, durchbrechen ihre Rolle immer wieder und überraschen durch Charakterzüge oder Handlungen, die nicht ins Klischeebild passen. Die Charaktere finde ich daher sehr sympathisch. Man gewinnt sie schnell lieb - selbst die, die keine direkten Sympathieträger sind wie Kim, die Kollegin in der Kanzlei.Im Zentrum stehen auch meistens die kuriosen Gerichtsfälle, die dann immer einen Berührungspunkt mit dem aktuellen Lebensthema der Hauptfigur haben. Also ein wenig wie Allie McBeal gemischt mit einer Body-Switch-Komödie. Ich weiß noch nicht, wie das Konzept über sechs Staffeln tragen soll, aber die erste gefällt mir sehr gut. Eben einfach leichte Unterhaltung mit etwas Kitschfaktor, bei der einem warm ums Herz wird. Feel-Good-TV.

I bought the first season of this show, not knowing anything about it and never having seen an episode, but I'm addicted! You know how in most series the first season isn't always the best because it takes some warming up? Not this show, it's amazing from the start. Already addicted, and something ELSE I loved, it didn't arrive on time, it came EARLY!! Who doesn't love that!? The packaging was awesome and I love the layout for the discs.So I encourage you to get it!!
