Works great. The under carriage parts are plastic which work fine but I decided to replace them with metal ones which are available here in Amazon but I got carried away and spent a lot of money on those metal parts.

The fact that the steer servo still worked and but went out in the remote buy the warranty, This truck is nice but my remote for the steering went out randomly one day took it apart and put the steering servo onto the same type of truck worked fine in rc, it turned out to be the remote control

I bought the truck for my grandson's birthday. He reviewed all of the different trucks available on Amazon, and even though this one did not have a 5 star rating, he insisted it was the one he wanted. I will admit that he modified it slightly, but he played with it the whole first day. He wanted one that could climb almost anything. He told me it works exactly as he expected. Very pleased.

Yes it is plastic, things will break. Most people don't know this but, it is hobby grade and you can buy replacement parts or upgrades so that part won't break again. A lot of reviews saying it's junk. It's not. It is a hobby. You can go to wpl website and see all tutorials for upgrades and all the metal parts you can put on it. I love mine. You can't get the realism from Any other company for this price.

I am loving these wpl rc trucks and this has been the best rtr I've had under $100. Be ready to replace parts but that's half the fun for me. rtr tires are very stiff so be prepared to replace those if you want to rock crawl. My only complaint is there were some loose screws that required taking pretty far apart to get to(front suspension screws especially)

Half of it. Arrived no battery no remote not put together either it was. A gift now I'd like to be sent a replacement IDC about the. Money just replace it !!! I'll change it to 5stars but I can't get ahold of anyone good luck if u buy this crap!

Michelia, other than it being a fun little RC truck, the only problem I had is that some of the screws have fallen out on use and of course, they're extremely small and I couldn't find them. I bought a few extras to put on it like some upgraded shocks and so far it's been a pretty good little rig for having fun

For $80 I would have expected better build quality. That being said, it’s a pretty cool “looking” truck. It doesn’t go fast, doesn’t really crawl well either. The build quality and part quality are pretty bad. The screws that fasten the shocks and suspension links were all loose, the steering knuckles have a ton of play ect. Kids like the way it looks, we’ll see how long it lasts.Again, for $80 I would have expected a better built product, especially since it’s very small.Edit: 10/26/2020I didn’t realize the following this little truck has! I also didn’t realize the upgrade possibilities this thing has too! It’s actually pretty awesome, I just paid too much. You can find this on other sites for ~$40, but it takes longer to ship. I actually just bought the red truck with the flat bed...
