Replace dead battery for my HP 840 G3. Arrived fast. Took an hour to charge from 0 to full. Indicates 8hr usage time. Happy with the purchase. The only complaint is screws are not provided. I need to use the screws from the old battery that took a little effort to get out.

At $20, it's very reasonably priced, and once installed functions exactly like you would expect it to.One thing I will caution users is to confirm what generation your laptop is. For example, this will not fit in an EliteBook 850 if it's a G2. Since the generation isn't always listed on the actual laptop, this is something you'll want to look up ahead of time.

When I received the battery it came in a box stating "better than new", which is clearly false considering this battery is only 46.5Wh while the OEM battery in my 840 G4 was 51Wh. However the OEM battery had degraded to the point that this replacement was still a significant improvement, and it's much more affordable than an OEM replacement, so I don't regret my purchase.11 month update: Battery is at 33% of its original capacity and already needs replacement. I will be replacing it with a "TA03XL" type rather than a CS03XL as that has the full 51Wh.

Thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop but opted to change the battery before concluding to that decision and so glad I did. This fit my HP Elite 850 and was really easy to install. All I had to do was unlock the old one, remove and replace it with the new one. I do suggest charging before using. Once I had a full charge, I turned my laptop on without it being plugged in and was able to finish what I had to do without every having to plug it in. I was on my laptop for only an hour but it was longer than I had to before replacing my old battery. On a single charge, I'm able to use my laptop for about 5-7 hours but that also depends on how much I use it. I was able to stretch it for almost 8 hours before having to plug it back in. If I use it to watch movies or my shows then I get about 4-5 hours and that is constantly streaming shows and movies. Overall, it fit my laptop and was easy enough for me to change out.

Une fois allumé, le PC nouvellement greffé la reonnait sans problème et démarre, et la charge commence. Quand la batterie est à pleine charge, l'ordinateur retrouve son autonomie originelle et je ne constate pas de dysfonctionnement quelconque.

I have always been a bit sceptical about aftermarket batteries but needing a new one for my HP laptop - for some reason HP original batteries seem to degrade quickly compared to others - I took a chance on this one.The first thing I noticed what that it was virtually identical to the battery that came out other than the branding. It dropped into place and screwed in just as well as the original. After charging fully (it came with around 40% charge) it has lasted as long as a brand new original and longer than the battery that it replaced. This has extended the useful life of the laptop by another couple of years, so is a worthwhile repair (it runs Linux now as MS do not support the processor with Windows 11).If you need a replacement battery, I would recommend going for one of these as a drop in replacement at a fraction of the price

C’è poco da dire. Batteria perfetta e che consiglio. A distanza di giorni si comporta molto bene, quindi dura tanto, non riporta percentuali sballate sulla carica e durante il montaggio non sono comparse problematiche.Consiglio.
