Overall I’m pleased
EDITED AT THE BOTTOM!First, the Cons- the price is high (but cheaper than a Big Board Ironing Cabinet but more expensive than an IKEA hack), it’s a beast to put together, the cover is very thin, but interferes with opening the doors no matter how tight I cinch the rope up and it’s very cheaply made, the pad and cover smell like the basement of my grandmother’s 100 year old house (I washed and soaked the cover in Gain and laundry scent crystals which helped some, but they will have to go. I’ll replace it with a few layers of my own batting and make my own canvas cover designed in such a way that it won’t impede the cabinet doors, and I’m a short girl so I had to have my husband remove the wheels after I determined I’d need a kid’s step stool to do any ironing, I use a lot of steam and the surface was definitely damp under all the layers. I hope it doesn’t peel or warp. Now the Pros- I was able to get all of my jugs of starch, distilled water, tailor clappers, spray bottles, etc etc in the cabinets and off the floor, the large surface is AWESOME for ironing yardage, full strips and blocks, it’s sturdy and doesn’t wobble, and it looks pretty nice.Overall I’m happy with it. I just need to upgrade the padding and cover.Edit- the day after I wrote the review, I noticed humps along the seams where the leaves meet the top, meaning the laminate cannot handle the steam. I had replaced the cover and pad with a piece of my own cotton batting, topped with a piece of Insulbrite, and covered that with a piece of cotton canvas. I had a lot of ironing of strips and blocks to do, so it was a “3+ times fill-up of the iron’s water reservoir” kind of day. Quilter’s and Makers will understand my meaning. I peeled back the layers of my homemade cover and saw how soaked it was underneath and noticed the warping along the seams. I left it off to dry overnight, and yesterday I put back the original batting and cover. I spent the day mostly cutting fabric and only needed to iron for about 15 minutes. I used my wool pressing mat on top of the center, thinking that it *might* help stop some of the moisture from going through, but it didn’t. My only hope is that the original thin cover and pad will allow the surface to dry faster.I’m beginning to think I should have shelled out the extra money for The Original Big Board and ironing cabinet, but I’ll keep this until it falls apart. I’m still going to try and figure out a way to keep the moisture off the surface. If I figure it out, I’ll edit this again.

Very good product.
This is wonderful to have. It has the substance and stability to handle quilts and large pieces of fabric. It is also very attractive. I couldn’t quite give this 5 stars because the quality of the screws and bolts is poor. Loads of metal filings were produced drilling the screws, coating the screwdriver tip, falling on the work surface, and sticking to my fingers. It would be extremely dangerous if these were to get in one’s eyes. Many of the screws were stripped in the process of tightening. Yes, I think the whole thing will stay together, but most of the hardware could not be re-used if disassembled. The supports for the leaves do not line up well, but they are functional. The pad for the cover is extremely thin. I ordered a much thicker felt pad to substitute. Despite all this, I would buy again. It is one of the best options out there for a board of this size.

Cheaply made product
I had to hire a handyman service to put it together. This piece is much larger than I originally thought. The latches that hold the sides up do not fit properly. After finally getting the sides up, the latch system fell out of the cheap fiber board. Not worth the money. Now I am trying to find someone to haul it off. Waste of good money.

Review for Sullivan's ironing center
I love it. I've had two friends see it and they want to order one as well.
