Tea cup is fixed.
My mother broke my porcelain tea cup, the handle broke clean off, so I got this glue to repair it, it’s sturdy and stuck on great, I didn’t have to clamp the handle. Work with this in a well ventilated area the glue is strong af. My tea cup is like new, this glue is not food safe btw, I would of thrown the tea cup away if it split in half where you put liquid in or just glued it and used it as decoration. The break was just the handle where food and my lips would not touch so in that aspect, you can use it to make repairs like I did. Also, this tea cup does not go in the microwave as well, since it wasn’t microwave safe in the first place it is something to consider if you break something that you use in the microwave I’ll leave that up to the manufacture to accurately tell you if it’s okay, I’m going to glue the saucer I broke back together, again it’s a plate like a coaster you never eat off it so it’s safe in common sense ways.

It works as described for ceramic repairs!
I perform handyman tasks for friends/family/neighbors. I was recently asked to repair an old tiled bath vanity counter. A couple of bullnose edge tiles had fallen off and shattered on the floor and there was no chance of finding replacements for these old pattern tiles. I've attempted to use superglue products before to mend ceramics with mixed success so I decided to try this product. I followed the directions exactly. It worked perfectly with tight fitting nearly invisible joins and almost no squeeze-out (after drying, removing the minimal squeeze-out with a razor blade was easy). It helped that I had all of the pieces to fit back together jigsaw style, and it also helped to have an assortment of clamps available.

smells terrible but works!
this stuff smells awful and kind of makes you high, be sure to use in a well-ventilated area. you put a layer on each side of your broken ceramic, let it dry till it's not tacky any more (I waited about half an hour), then add an additional layer and stick together. be sure to let it sit for a full day after you stick them together. I followed the directions and it worked perfectly- my mug's broken handle is successfully stuck on and has been through the dishwasher with no ill effects. dries clear and slightly shiny- don't put it on the outside of the crack if you don't want to see it.

Good adhesive, but DON'T follow the 3M instructions!
This may sound like bad advice, but trust me here. The instructions on the package say to coat both sides of the joint with the glue, LET IT DRY, then apply a second coat and clamp the pieces together. If you do this, you will find that when you try to fit your pieces together, they don't fit together any more because the dried layer of glue prevents them from fitting properly. I tried to repair a stoneware bowl this way and well, OK, the two halves of the bowl stay together and the joint seems strong, but you can see daylight through the gap between the pieces. So much for repairing that bowl.Use these instructions instead:Clean and dry both sides thoroughly, if needed. If the break is fresh and clean, your best bet may be to leave well alone.Apply glue to the joint, enough that there is a slight excess of glue. Glue one break at a time if possible.Fit the pieces together immediately and clamp (or use rubber bands or safety wire, whatever works) as tightly as possible. You want the excess glue to squeeze out of the joint. Wipe away the excess.Leave it to set for at least four hours, overnight is better, before going on to the next piece. If you do it this way you should end up with strong, tight, almost invisible joints. If you follow 3M's instructions you WILL ruin your piece.

Cost skyrocketed
This stuff was great and I would like to buy more, but why is it over $100 per tube now? Is it a typo?

Doesnt really work except under very specific circumstamces.
Works...sorta. if you have rubber bands or a vice. And you never want to use the item for anything other than decoration, and the item isn't very substantial in weight, and only if the item has just the right porosity.I repaired multiple items. A spoon rest. A coffee mug, and 2 figurines. All items, except the spoon rest revoke immediately after giving 24 hours to cure. The spoon rest has a very knobby, obviously repaired seam and seems to be holding up...but I'm also incredibly careful with it.

First time any glue product exceeded my expectations
Purchased to reassemble the ceramic figurine in the included picture. When these ceramic items fall from table to floor they don't stay intact. However, the head, leg, tail and branch pieces (of various sizes) all reattached perfectly after following the package directions. For best results it says to apply the glue to both sides being attached and let dry before applying a second time then attaching the pieces together and clamping (though for the small pieces I found just holding them together with a small amount of pressure for 5-10 minutes each to be sufficient). This glue actually exceeded my expectations which never happened with a glue product before.

Indoor only!
Well, didn't read carefully enough and tried this on tiles for our patio table. Had a number of pieces broken by hail.A few of the pieces held, but one fell apart after a 24 hour cure. Then i noticed the 'Indoor' label. My bad.May be great for indoor, probably is. Didn't do the trick for outside. Would have been nice for the product title to say 'Indoor'.
