Sturdy and good design

If your family eats grapefruits, these are great! Works great and appear to be a good value - I would buy again.

I purchased this item as a gift for my mother. She likes them and states that they are easy to use. Although I make add, that upon fist few uses you will want to be careful using them because are a little on the sharp side. But neither she nor I are complaining about that small feature. I feel as if they are worth the price point and would recommend to others looking for the same item.

The spoons and cutter are heavy duty. They will not bend. Very good buy for the money. These make eating a grapefruit very easy and not messy. These will last a long time.

Exactly what I was looking for I wanted to eat melons and to be able to scoop the choke out of an artichoke. Have not actually used it on grapefruit yet but I’m sure it will be very good. They have a nice weight to it. Good value for the price. Would highly recommend.

I've had a very productive grapefruit tree in my front yard for three years. Until this year, I only juiced the fruit and gave some to neighbors.Last year, I didn't water the tree and fruit was scarce. Not enough to juice. Growing up, my mother would prepare grapefruits for us. She had a little bent serrated knife she used to cut the slices. She would top each half with a teaspoon of sugar and a maraschino cherry. I don't add sugar or cherry anymore, but using the knife and spoon brings back memories.

Spoons are very nice as well as is the grape fruit cutter. Well packaged and arrived early.

Das Grapefruitmesser dient der Vorbereitung der Grapefruit, um hinterher mit dem Löffel die vorbereiteten Segmente zu verspeisen. Das Messer ist allerdings nicht gebogen, so das ein Teil der Grapefruit ungenützt bliebe. Habe daher vorsichtig das Messer von Hand etwas gebogen, um eine bessere Nutzung der Frucht zu erlauben. Die Löffel sind nicht scharfkantig am/im Mund und doch in der Lage durch das Grapefruitfruchtfleisch zu schneiden. Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden, bis sehr zufrieden mit meinem Ankauf.

Not the best, heavy-weight, top quality but perfectly adequate for eating grapefruit, hulling strawberries or scooping out cherry tomatoes. I run mine through the dishwasher and have seen no signs of damage or corrosion, so I’m happy with them. The grapefruit knife is a nice touch, but it would be a bit better if it was curved a bit, or at least a bit more flexible.

Sehr wertig- liegt gut in der Hand. Messer schneidet gut, aber um das innere Fruchtfleisch besser zu lösen wäre eine leicht gebogene Spitze zweckvoll. Mit den gezackten Löffeln bekommt man das verbliebene Fruchtfleisch gut raus. Alles im Allen: Daumen hoch.

Die Löffel sind super, gut scharf und lösen das Fruchtfleisch gut ab. Das Messer ist leider zu grob. Es zerstört mehr, als dass es schneidet. So spritzt der Saft. Insgesamt ist das Set aber zu empfehlen.

Super endlich weniger gewaschen beim Pampelmusen essen. Sind scharf genug um das Fruchtfleisch von der Hülle zu trennen, aber nicht unangenehm beim essen also keine Verletzungsgefahr.
