After moisture got into the headlight assembly, my driver side low beam went out. BMW diagnosed a shirt circuited module as the reason my light wasn't working. Ordered this part and BMW installed it for me with no problem. I saved hundreds off of the dealership quote. They even provided a warranty for the part. Works like new now, good pick up.

After taking the car to mb dealer they quoted $1500 to replace the headlight assembly the you factor in labor 100 an hour.I narrow it down to the ballast or igniter. Lots or reading n decided to start with the ballastBought a small extension mirror to verify the serial number and Order a remanufacture.You tube for Diy. Removed 3 screws in addition to the plastic under the bumper replace the part. Plug n play.Im very please an everything works fine.The replacement took 15 mins if so.

Works great but not new as advertised. I assume this is a reconditioned unit. I even paid a little more for the "new" unit.

1st time ever getting something from Amazon, part has worked fine so far, the way it was mailed took too long.

Ordered 2 which both failed in less than 5 months. Customer support offered no fix claiming the car had an issue (unlikely since only one of my old ones had failed after 10 years and I put the other one back in after this went bad and it has worked without issue). Don't wast your money on these.

This fixed my problem with the Xenon headlight flashing on and off. Make sure you replace your Xenon light bulbs with good ones. I had issues with less expensive bulbs not working. Great product for BMW e46 (2005).

Internal headlight wires had deteriorated in my 04' 325Ci. I replace the headlight assembly and still nothing. Swapped out the ballast and now everything works. If you have exposed wires in your headlight assembly, chances are that they may have also shorted your ballast.
