I have been playing sports for a long time now, and always try to keep up with the trends. The biggest one in volleyball is wearing arm sleeves, and for good reason. I first discovered them while watching volleyball on TV. Then I started to see colleges around me wear them. So I decided to try them out before the season started. Funny enough now at the end of the season, our whole team wears them everyday.Amazon is my go-to, and the cheap price of only 10 dollars for a pair is a great deal. The quality is perfect for anyone looking to protect themselves from the sun, cover up tattoos or burn marks, or just keep cool on a hot day. They came in the mail on the expected delivery time and were packaged well. When I opened them, they were sealed in a little plastic bag and folded. My first reaction was how soft they were; I wanted to put them on immediately. They were so comfortable that I wore them to volleyball practice that day.My first experience wearing the sleeves was all around positive. While diving on the gym floor, the sleeves were very smooth and prevented me from having any floor burns. During the practice, they stayed cool and breathable the whole two hours. So much so that I forgot I was wearing them at times. I did get one small hole in the elbow on the left arm. To prevent this I try to rotate the pairs so that they stay effective, however I don’t see a way you can patch the holes. I wouldn’t expect them to develop holes if you are doing any of the following activities: hiking, working, biking, spending time outside, or even bowling. In that case, they are actually very resilient.I was so impressed that I recommended these sleeves to my good friend on my team who is a phenomenal volleyball player. She plays the setter position which means she is always diving and sliding on the floor after balls. Every practice she wears them and also comments on how they look cool. Since she is planning on paying college volleyball, she bought her own pair off of amazon as well.After a few months of usage, they are still very promising. I just put them in the washer and dryer to get cleaned and that does not seem to damage them at all. Occasionally I will air dry them as well, but if you would rather use the convenience of the dryer, that is totally safe for this product. The only thing that is affected by the wash is after a few months the “Sports Trail'' logo starts to break and peel apart. I can usually go for about three days of two hour practices before I need to clean and wash the sweat out. After that they are still very soft and don't have odor.Overuse is what makes or breaks these sleeves. They are so cheap that I was impressed with the quality right away. However, when you use them almost everyday for 3 months, they can start to fall apart. Keep in mind that I am playing sports with them on a regular basis, so if your purpose doesn’t include physical activity, then this does not apply to you. Towards the end of my volleyball season, some of the seams on my oldest pair started to come apart. This is probably caused by my having to pull them up after a long play or match.I highly recommend giving this product a try for any purpose needed, especially sports. The occasional wear and tear is expected of any athletic gear, but you will receive great results for the duration of your season.

Great fit and very comfortable. Recommended for cooler days or to avoid the summer sun. May buy some more.

Can be loose around the wrist which isn’t great for volleyball but they work exceedingly well.

These are comfortable and fit firm. Not tight but they stay up without having to keep pulling them up. They can strech longer if you want more of your hand covered up. They even fit my granddaughter who is just a toddler. They did not fall off of them.

So these were probably one of the first sleeves I had purchased some time back. Unfortunately, I shared them with a family member and didn’t get them back because they liked them so much. However, they bought me sleeves in return, different brand, different company .Long story short I’ve used other brands and they pale and comparison. The problem I had with the others was the stitching came out and they do not feel nowhere as comfortable as these that I have recently purchased. The material is amazingly comfortable, Breathable and the quality is top notch in my opinion. I would definitely buy these again.

I bought these sleeves mainly for sun protection while I work outdoors. I live in Florida, so the weather is often quite humid and stifling in the summer. These sleeves are exceptional at keeping the sun off of my skin while also keeping me cool while I work.I have to cover up most of my body as I am working with harsh chemicals, including bleach, so overspray is a constant thing almost every day. I bought these sleeves last July(it's April as of this review) and they are still holding up well, although now a bit worn and faded, but have stood up to a lot of harsh and particularly messy work days.I believe I am using these sleeves beyond their intended use, so to a normal user, such as a jogger, or perhaps just someone covering up tats, these should last you a very long time!While writing this review, I have added two more sets of 3 pairs to my cart! I absolutely recommend this product.

My impression after 2 rounds of golf is that these are snug on a man’s arm, both upper and lower arms. My arms are bigger than average but not overly muscular. I do love that the elasticity and snugness of fit keeps them in place and not sliding off my upper arms. They also have a noticeable cooling effect. I’d buy again.

I was a little concerned when I got these that they would not stay up on my very thin arms (110 lbs on a 5'4" frame), especially since they don't have any special grip material at the top. However, I ran a half marathon and a 17 mile run in these and they stayed up. The wrist area is not as fitted as the bicep area, but some people may prefer that anyway and it was fine. Not overly warm, so I can wear them in the summer if I need the extra sun protection and will wear them to keep my arms warm in my upcoming marathon. I like the color. One thing to be careful for is if you wash these in the machine, don't put anything with velcro in with them. I had a hat with velcro that grabbed on to one sleeve and now it is fuzzy/pearly where it attached.

The sleeves are very comfortable to wear. Fits almost perfect. Waiting to wear it the next time i am out playing cricket.

They are good. I cut holes in them and used them for a Jeff Hardy costume. Worked well.
