Sun-Mart Deluxe Screen House, Party Tent 15x12ft Beige

While this is a large and spacious tent and very attractive, it is too hard to put up and down daily. We left it up for a weekend, it rained a lot, and the rain made like gutters on top and the screen house crashed in, bending all pole and the plastic holdings. I requested a refund and was told this was not meant to be left up permanently. I don't consider a weekend a permanent leave and this is definitely too difficult to put up and down daily.

I got this screen house for Mother's day to put over my back patio (patio table umbrella didn't provide enough shade or bug protection). It was easy to assemble (and take down) when you have 2-3 people helping. We had it up from the middle of May through Oct. 19, 2018 and had zero issues all season long. I can't wait until next spring to put it up again

After reviewing the directions, which were on point, I was able to build this screen house by myself. It wasn't easy, but it was doable, approx 3-4 hours including sorting and reviewing directions Though the poles do not seem very sturdy, I have not had any problems since I built it in mid July 2013. I am not proficient in building or suring up buildings buy I do build mine near my back corner fence, weighted each leg down with a brick and of course used the tie lines to secure it as one would do a tent. I did attempt to spray waterproofing on the roof before finally raising it but was afraid to apply too much as I am still concerned with the chemical reaction and the quality of the material. Nothing adverse so far but it is not waterproof, just pretty resistant. I have a hammock, two full iron patio chairs, loveseat, table, as well as my trainer bike under cover. I have learned to drape the furniture with a tarp if heavy rain is expected to keep the cloth of the cushions from getting damp, and I leave the sides unzipped for wind to pass through, as this structure will not withstand much wind. So far I love it and will hate taking it down as it is meant to be a temporary shelter by its on admission. But it has proven to be a real treat!

We follow the instruction to assemble it.But when we try to raise it,it came apart.Very frustrating.

We're expecting 15 guests later this summer to our 700 square foot cabin. Several years ago we extended the deck and use it for meal times as well as sitting outside in the evening. This party tent is perfect for that use.

Every year I buy this exact tent and set it up on my wood base next to the pond. It gets secured firmly, and withstands gusts of just over 40-45 MPH. Add Fans, TV, furniture, and Heaven!! My only downer is the tent is NOT waterproof, a common theme with screenhouse/shade tents. Even coating roof with a good waterproofer doesn't work due to stretching of fabric. So I just cover furniture with plastic protectors and still find this tent to be the ONLY one the proper size and style to become my outdoor livingroom every summer.When I can find no more of them, I will have one made - but waterproof!

Great item really love it.

Have been using this at a camp ground in West Cape may for a month. Everyone admires its great size. Took 45 minutes to set up (MUST have two people) so you don't want this for overnight camping. It leaks, as they said it would, but this is minimal and I just threw a tarp over things I didn't want to get wet. Not a problem. Stands up well to wind. Is strong and good quality. Good, utilitarian screen room with no frills. Very good for the price, and the biggest at any price.
