I was getting 'Charly-horses' in my legs more and more frequently to the point where I was losing sleep. I googled what supplements to take and these 3 popped up. AMAZING. A few times (plus once accidentally) I stopped taking them for a week or more. Each time the cramps returned. The price has gone up quite a bit so I only take one a day instead of two and I am still having success. If I feel a little crampy in the legs during the day I sometimes (take it easy and) pop a second one. Highly recommended if muscle cramps are your problem.

I like the quantity of each vitamin all in one tablet.

I dislike the fact that the capsules are not coated so swallowing is difficult! I melt them in hot water and drink the dissolved tablet
