Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser, 4 Fl. Oz.

Edit- yes this is THE cleanser for me but Ive switched to other beauty sites (like cult beauty) where its only half the price and the product is very fresh. The product I bought from this seller was double the price and the color of the cleanser was also different (the bottle was an old one i guess)

I've pushed all of my other cleansers to the back once I started using this. It has a mild delicious sent of strawberries and gently cleans perfectly. I ordered more Indie Lee products immediately after.

I've been using this cleanser for years now. It is my favorite cleanser and I am very familiar with it. I was immediately concerned when I received this product from my most recent purchase because the color was different. It's usually a very pale, pinky/peachy orange. This one was more tangerine, much more orange than usual. My other bottles have always said "brightening cleanser" on it and this one says "purifying face wash." The normal strawberry smell was completely absent and replaced with a strong chemically smell with a hint of aloe vera. The normal product doesn't create a thick lather; this newest bottle lathers like cheap soap, turning into a thick and white foam with many bubbles. It looked like I had put a face mask on once I spread it on my face.I decided to try it anyway, thinking maybe Indie Lee changed the formula. If they had, they need to change it back because this made my face react horribly!! This cleanser has NEVER had any reaction on me in the years I've been using it. But immediately after using this newest bottle, my face was bright red and itchy for hours. It's still itchy now. I'm going to be emailing Indie Lee through their official site to see if this a true formula change or if this Amazon seller is selling counterfeit products. If Amazon allows it, I'll edit my review once the Indie Lee gets back to me with what they say regarding any formula changes. Until then, BUYER BEWARE. I will be returning this bottle asap.

I love this cleanser. I got a sample from a clean beauty store and fell in love with it. I took a chance ordering here since some reviews said it wasn't the original product but I'm happy to say this is the same formula. It smells really good and for me it is the only (slightly) foaming cleanser that really cleans my skin without making it feel tight. A little also goes a very long way, you could use less than a pea sized amount and it will clean your whole face.

I love this scent!My friend gave me my first Indie Lee product a year ago to help with my skin and I’ve noticed great changes.I got the second one from a store in UK but it seems like the scents differ there because it wasn’t as great as the ones from US stores. But it did it’s job with skin revitalizing.This one over here has a great strawberry scent! I love it! It foams up a tad bit but leaves the skin tight and clean for the next step in care.

Love the smell, and I’ve bought lots of expensive organic cleansers. I use for a body wash as well, with my konjac sponge…you use so little, so it lasts for a long time, and it cleans without drying…did I mention the yummy for reals strawberry scent? I left it in the shower and now my husband is using it as well, and he never uses stuff like that, cause, he’s a man, you know ;) Bonus, it’s in glass so it looks super classy!!!
