Corsair 128 GB USB3.0 Voyager GT
Bought this in May 2013. product died October 2013. I think that is 5 months. Well after the grace period for the return policy.I liked this product until it died. I was happy with the speed. I had hoped the complaints about its failure were stemmed from people who abused their flash drive. It took 2 weeks total for it to die. Let me say I have never had a flash drive die. I've had corrupted ones needing reformatted, but not one that is not recoverable. It was formatted for Windows 64 Bit (Windows 7 home and pro, and whatever version of windows 7 colleges use, Windows XP), and used in both USB3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. In the two weeks it took to die, it sometimes would not show up in the list of devices. the blue light on the flash drive would be lit even when the device name was not listed on the computer. on the last 3 days it gave me warnings the driver for the USB media did not install properly.I did make sure to go through the steps to properly "eject" the flash drive before just yanking it out (most of the time). On the final day i removed the rubber case and found the seam of the plastic housing had separated, and I snapped it back together.

Buy This Flash Drive!!!
I received the Corsair 128GB 3.0 flash drive the other day. It comes formatted as FAT32. I reformatted it into exFAT. This format is fully compatible with Microsoft PCs and Apple MacBooks, at least those running more recent versions of their respective operating systems. The other advantage of exFAT is there is no single file copy size limit like there is with FAT32. You can always go back to the FAT32 format if you have issues with operating system capatibility. Anyway enough on that. The Corsair drive is fantastic. The drive was instantly recognized by my Dell running Windows 7. The reformatting to exFAT took only a couple of seconds. I then copied several files from my PC to the Corsair. IT WAS SO FAST! I don't know how to measure the write speeds of the Corsair but it was instantaneous! The size of this drive and using a fast USB 3.0, which is backward compatible to older USB ports, makes this the drive to have IMHO. It also looks great. The exterior is fully rubberized and feels great. The end cap is not connected so it could get lost but I'm pretty good about not doing that and it does fit fairly snug. Unlike some reviews stating there is no light, the drive does a blue light when you are writing/reading from the drive but that light is not on when the Corsair is dormant. It also has a five year warranty. If you are looking for a drive that is fast and has the room to store a lot of stuff, this is it. Buy it, you won't regret it!

Very Fast Flash Drive!
Like always Voyager is a very good driver. In this GT USB 3.0 Model Corsair cover all my expectations. This Flash is really fast and have the best shock protection in the market (One time Fall down by Elevator Hole from a 4 Floor and keep working like nothing happened). Maybe is a bit big and can be a bit difficult insert in some back cases but on most of cases its not a problem. Other point to consider but is not a Corsair Voyager fault is a problem with Win 8 64 Bits USB 3.0 Drivers. In Win 8 whenn i inserted the flash works great then the 2nd time that i used windows reported that dont recognize the Flash (And this is a problem of Intel Win 8 USB 3.0 Drivers) ... I take the Drive and insert in a Win 7 64 Bits Machine and keep Work fine , back to Win 8 and dont Work then is a Intel USB 3.0 Win 8 Driver problem with the Coirsair Voyager GT USB 3.0. I was reading about and same problem often occurs with 128GB Unit and any USB 3.0 Voyager GT Drive. Then if you are considering this Drive for Win 8 64 Bits Machine with Intel USB Controller maybe you need wait a bit more for Intel-Corsair solve this problem. For all the rest worth any cent invested on this Flash Drive :o)

Corsair - Rockstar of Flash Drives
Great design, great protection, great performance, great product. Corsair has lead the way of Flash drives in my opinion since the day they started making them. I've got at least 15 or more of them including ones I've bought many many years ago. They've gone through the washer and dryer a couple times and come out clean on the other end functioning just as good as the first day. These GT versions perform VERY fast. So fast I run games like Star Craft 2 and World of Warcraft from them and they run better than your standard 3.5" hard drive and definitely are comparable to SSD drive performance.I've tried many other flash drives - I never get the same performance, quality and comfort as I do with Corsair's offerings.

Very Fast, best choice for USB storage
I purchased this product to use as an additional backup source for my MacBook Pro Retina as well as storing my virtual machine backups. If you want to be able to bring your virtual machines around anywhere or just have a lot of things to backup and want something portable this works perfectly. I have been using this for a little bit now and the transfer speeds are perfect for fast boot up times on a virtual machine. It also is great for computer techs who need to install programs for people. I store a copy of windows 8, microsoft office, and a couple other iso's with no dent on the 128 GB storage. As other reviewer's have said the transfer speeds are great and the outside casing has not warn down at all. The outside casing is made out of rubber which is perfect for shock absorption and not taking any dents of course when dropped. I have not found any problems with it and I recommend anyone looking for a great portable storage solution get the Corsair Flash Voyager.

Blinding Speeds
I already have 2 16gb versions which I've had for 2 years but stayed away from the larger ones because of the plethora of bad reviews. I've been keeping my eye on the price and the newer versions and when I saw many more positive reviews I decided to get one.16 GB · Max Read: 79 MB/s · Max Write: 21 MB/s32 GB Max Read: 190 MB/s. Max Write 40 MB/sI expected it to be faster than my 16GB version but not nearly twice as fast.I thinks the rubber case is great as I can be quite clumsy at times, the only down side is the size, I knew this when I bought it so was not surprised when it arrived.

Expensive but worth the money
Very fast, especially on computers with USB 3.We have 3 of these. They are faster than most pen drives even on computers with USB 2. I use them at work to transfer thousands of small files. I use them at home to transfer large ~2gb files. Can be 5 or 10 minutes faster than an inexpensive slow memory stick.Far more rugged than most memory sticks. Corsair Flash Voyagers are water resistant but NOT water proof. We've put a few of the blue ones through the laundry. Sometimes they survive and sometimes they don't.The rubber casing is large. May not fit in very tight locations where a normal sized memory stick will work.

Flash Voyager GT 64GB
I already own 32gb & 64gb USB 2.0 flash voyager memory sticks,They were alright until i bought this 64gb Flash Voyager GT,I cannot beleive the difference with the speed of backing up files now,This is so much faster now with the usb 3.0 also.I don't know why there is so much negative feedback on Corsair, I've never had any problems with their memory sticks. Each to their own i suppose.Very highly recommended, I was not disappointed with this purchase, I will be ordering more soon.

Good for Storage
Grabbed one of these since I wanted a reasonable amount of fast storage in the form of a usb stick.Doing a dd copy using a USB 2.0 port, the stick seems to max out in the 25MB/s - 30MB/S range (as in megabytes), which seems to be the practical limit for USB 2. A corsair voyager stick I have operates in the 5MB/S - 10MB/S range, which is a big improvement. I'd imagine USB 3.0 would be faster, though I don't have any USB 3 systems so I can't verify.Unfortunately as with previous corsair sticks i've used, it likes to take up a lot of space around the USB port so assuming your usb ports are close together I would suggest getting an extender cable if you don't already have one.Another reason I decided to get this stick is because I wanted to investigate the possibility of running VMs from it. Unfortunately while I was able to run an XP VM, it suffered from frequent hangs which were ultimately unbearable to work with.In conclusion: great if you want 32gb of reasonably fast storage, not so great if you want to run VMs.

Very good, but make sure you order the right one
Ordered this to replace a 16GB Voyager GT i've had as I needed more space. Was larger than I'd expected, now I know it's not the smallest USB drive in the world but it was larger than the 16GB one I already had.Further research found that there are 2 types of Voyager GT.This one and a "Shortbody" version (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007MFY3LS/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00) which is the one I thought I was getting.Anyway, back to this drive, does what it needs to. USB3 means it's lightning fast, can fit loads onto it highly recommended.
