Clover Water Soluble Pencil-White, Pink & Blue

I originally purchased these to stencil butterflies on a solid piece baby quilt. Without thinking through the process, I stenciled the entire quilt and they looked lovely. The pencils are easy to use with stencils and easy to see when quilting. However, since I quilt with a frame that is not full size. Therefore, moving the material brushed away the markings not inside the frame. Clearly my fault. I needed to redo the pattern, this time just enough to fit in the frame. I have learned well from my mistake.Even with extra stenciling, I had pencil chalk left to use for sketching designs on wooden plaques and metal saw blades. This was a bonus and worked very well as guidelines for painting with acrylic paint.Thanks for a versatile product.

I love these and have used them for years. So much easier to use than chalk. The only problem with them is the "lead" wax, whatever it is, is very soft - so the marking compound breaks or crumbles very easily, especially the pink. So you do end up having to sharpen them over and over making the product a bit wasteful.I hate chalk which doesn't even mark half the time and the other half it rubs off before you can even get to the work of cutting or darting, etc. These have been my go-to alternative.

This is the best fabric marking tool I have found. I use it with a straight edge.

I love using these to mark quilting lines. I did have an incident that the blue did not come out of the fabric after wiping with a damp cloth and even washing the item. That’s the only problem I’ve had.I have to sharpen them frequently. I’m on my second pack.

Impossible to sharpen. The tip breaks every time, you'll waste half a pencil trying for a good sharpened tip

The price is right, durability is good they don’t crumble when you use them, different colors make it easier to see the markings on different colors of fabrics

I have tried many types of methods for marking my quilts for hand quilting and this is the best. Easy to remove and has never stained my quilt fabric.

Ich habe schon viele Kreidestifte gekauft und davon hat nur einer richtige Striche gemacht, war aber leider sehr schnell stumpf. Also wurden diese Stifte bestellt und gleich getestet. Und was soll ich sagen? Sie sind einfach prima! Man sieht die Linien gut, die Stifte malen ohne sie fest aufdrücken zu müssen und werden auch bei mehreren langen Linien nur langsam stumpf. Ich würde sie immer wieder kaufen, sie sind absolut ihr Geld wert!

Arrivate in condizioni perfette e non posso proprio lamentarmi, fanno il loro lavoro. Adatte specialmente a tessuti scuri.
