Flapper was a universal style & worked on my older modelToto toilet. I did have to cut off old flapper plastic hinge but was easy to install new flapper. New chain was very long but did get it adjusted after several tries.Works great and cheaper than plumbing house price.

This helped me fix our bedroom, toilet that would continually fill up the tank when my wife would flush. I had a plumber friend look into it and they said I need to change the flapper as I suspected. He told me to order a model specific to my Toto toilet. I was planning to call him back to install it. But when I looked at it and the inside mechanism of the tank, I figured I could do it myself.With a little help with a YouTube video I was able to replace the old one with the new one.PROS- Easy to install in less than 10 minutes. - No tools required.- Cheaper than hiring a plumber.CONS- I wish it would have come with a link to a YouTube video on how to install and replace this flapper. But I guess the assumption is that a plumber would be doing this. - The rubber feels a little flimsy but I guess time will tell.

Toto replacement flapper was perfect solution to leaky old one only con was it was very lightweight although worked well.

This item fit my Toto toilet and it works perfectly now.. I had purchased a more expensive Toto flapper replacement at Home Depot that was listed as the proper replacement part but it did not fit.

This is to replace a worn out OEM toto flap that's over 10yrs old. The old flap was showing a slow leak and not as pliaable as the new replacement.This new replacement drops in place - no fitment issues. Just need to adjust the chain link length only. Takes no more than 5 mins from start to finish.

The product that arrived is cheap, flimsy and lacks the firm form of the authentic Toto flapper as well as reputable third parties. No wonder so many reviews cite poor seal (wasting water) and poor longevity.The product is NOT up to specs for a actual Toto product and will fail early. We have high grade products like Toto and are committed to environmental concerns and not wasting water. Instead, this product will waste water, money, and time to replace.All text represents this as an authentic Toto brand product that is simply distributed by a third party (Essential Values). “ 2 PACK Toto Toilet Flapper Replacement” is the main listing. And at a cost point that appeared consistent with a minor savings for buying two flappers rather than one. Needed this for my grandma toilet. Worked great, good price. Still working 7 months later.

Even a plumber reinstalled it and it wouldn't seal.

This is the second one I have bought as I replace one in my other bathroom a few years ago. Quick delivery. Perfect fit. Easy to install. Works well. No complaints

I had quite a time replacing the flapper in my 2-year old Toto CST424 series toilet. The original flapper had hard plastic pieces at the hinges, which would not pivot or lift off. After consulting youtube and some plumbing websites, I discovered that you have to cut those off with dikes (aka diagonal wire cutters). This was not fun. But this replacement flapper worked right away, was easy to install and it is flexible rubber so it will be much, much easier to replace. After going through this on a 2-year old toilet, I would never buy Toto again. I have an American standard that is going strong after ten years without this kind of trouble.

So happy to find this part on Amazon. Could not find any Toto toilet parts at any big box hardware stores or anywhere online, and then like magic, it popped up on Amazon! Great price, fast delivery, and toilet now works better than ever!

This was purchased for a Toto toilet. However, it let the water through, which meant the toilet kept flushing. I had to go to a hardware store and buy the authentic replacement part.It shouldn't be advertised for a Toto if it doesn't work.
