I wanted a quick overview on what to do, enough medical foundation to understand as well as diet and lifestyle suggestions. I highly recommend this book.

Easily understood and informative.
Great, easily understood description of the function of the liver and the importance of a healthy liver to our overall health. Diet and menu suggestions as well as detox suggestions and yoga exercises.

Good fundamental primer on liver disease and recommended dietary changes
This is a good read for those wanting to understand liver disease and how food affects your metabolism/liver enzymes. Basic premise - DO NOT CONSUME REFINED SUGARS AND EAT 7-9 PORTIONS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES (COMBINED) PER DAY. i will say, eliiminating refined sugars and eating the above quickly brought my abnormal counts back to almost normal in 60 days of no cheating. Good luck.

Short but to the point
A few recipes, not many, but this "book" is short and to the point. What to eat, a need for exercise, and impact of the liver. I wanted a lot more recipes Buy at least I got an ingredient list from here to work with.

Great book! Easy to read and understand!
Having issues with metallic taste and smell, my holistic dr said it was my liver. Got this book and learned so much about the liver! Doing the 7 day cleanse, and excited for the results!!! Thank you so much Brittney and Craig!

Alot of information
Although I haven't read the whole book yetThis book gives you alot of information on the liver, diseases of the liver and more.So far I am pleased with this book.

Simple and to the point
Great book that is easy and quick to read. Lots of good user friendly information making a healthy liver doable for anyone. I like there is no selling of products connected to this book.
