Dissolves fast in both hot and cold water
I've been using powered milk for years. Most brands of low fat milk are not good at dissolving. I've only found two that are fast. Both taste about the same but this one is cheaper than the other.

There was a hole in the bag 0f the Franklin Farms East milk.
I got this the Franklin Farms East milk on time. The problem is there is a hole in the bag. There was powered milk in the box that it came in, than it was all over the floor. It was a project getting it all cleaned up. The milk was backed in a box with cans, so that might have been the reason why the bag got damaged. The milk is not returnable.

Great price. Mixed instantly. I don’t drink it. I use it only in cooking. It’s as good as regular skim milk. Will buy more.

Very good product, decent shelf life!
Grew up on government powder milk, always hated it but... it worked.. bought this product due to the way the US economy is headed and I tried it... its so much better than I remember!! I could use this daily for cooking, drinking and cereal!!
