Well built! Park Power by Marnico is a top-tier brand for RV 30/50 amp electrical connections
Park Power is a product line by Marinco. They are a top-tier brand in RV and maritime electrical shoreline connections. After some research on options for a new power inlet and power cord, Park Power (Marinco) is the best.My previous travel trailer with 30amp shoreline connection had a catastrophic failure where the cord plugs into the power inlet on the side of the trailer. I heavily suspect there was an electrical surge at the park and caused the female side of the cord to fuse to the male side of the power inlet. There was an electrical outage on our row that morning, and when we came back to find the row has power restored, our circuit breaker was tripped on the power pole and we found our power inlet and cord fried!Luckily there was zero damage to the power inverter, fuse panel or other electrical components on the travel trailer.I purchased the Park Power 301ELRV 30A Power Inlet as an upgrade/replacement for the bad one on the trailer. Also I purchased a Marinco 30 Amp Right Angle Locking Cord w/ hand grip. Having 3 strands of 10ga cable wrapped in thick heavy-duty insulation, this cord is a beast!!! Marinco (30RPCRV) 30 Amp Right Hand Angle Locking Cord Installation is straightforward and requires only very basic knowledge of hand tools. I used butyl rope putty to seal the inlet to the wall of the travel trailer.I chose this particular power inlet and the Marinco 30 Amp cord by first referencing Marinco's website. Then searched on Amazon for the part #'s I needed. Both the power inlet and the 30amp cord are very well constructed and will probably last longer than the travel trailer! If you need a power inlet, power cord, or both, go with Park Power by Marinco. You will spend a couple extra $$ over some other brands, but is well worth the investment.I will only buy Park Power/Marinco products for my electrical shoreline connection needs.

Misrepresented 50 amp? Nope. Just a configuration I didn't anticipate.
Edit: the pins are not 30amp. The pins are ss2-50r, according to my adapter. I almost sent this back but happened to catch a you tube video someone made of plugging into their big rig. This is in fact 50amp but I needed either a cord with this configuration on one end and four prong park on the other end, or an adapter. Since I had a four prong cord I went with an adapter. The 50amp has an unanticipated configuration but it is fifty amp.

Great quality product, doesn't come with mounting screws
It says it comes with stainless hardware, however it doesn't come with any mounting hardware. I also had a hard time finding the 2 7/8" hole saw to use for mounting it. I used a 3" which was ok, but if I were to do it again, I'd use the 2 7/8" as it recommends. I tried a 2 3/4" but it was too small. I only looked at Home Depot and Lowes and neither had a 2 7/8" hole saw. Once mounted, it works great. Haven't noticed any leaks or anything around the gasket

Marinco Brand Inlet
This a great, durable, 30 Amp power inlet. The brand is labeled as "Park Power" but this is a "Marinco" product. The access door snaps closed for traveling and the hinge remains propped open when in use. Installation is easy when using 10/3 marine grade triplex wire. I have attached a picture of the installation instructions.

Made an easy upgrade to my shore power inlet by converting the "mouse door" to this style of inlet. This seller is awesome, the inlet came early and best of all-a good fair price!

Strong, durable outlet
I made my own slide-in truck camper and purchased this outlet to provide onboard power. I used #8 AWG stranded wire for the install and the terminations on the rear of the outlet accepted that 8 guage wire, very nicely. No issues with terminating the 8/3 cable.Although the 30 amp rated outlet only requires 10 guage wire to handle a 30 amp load, I beefed up my wire size to compensate for potential voltage drop issues. I believe a 2-1/8" hole saw was sufficient for the install.I used 1/8" diameter pop rivets to mount the receptacle in a fiberglass wall panel and the rubber gasket seals perfectly. Very stout, durable receptacle with a nice closure. Inside the lid is a rubber backing that seals against face of receptacle when closed to keep out weather. My Merinco heavy guage cable with its right angle plug end, fits and locks securely upon this outlet making for a user friendly system. Those that are not electrically or mechanically inclined could even connect and use this outlet.Once again, it is a durable outlet when installed. Overall, -highly pleased-

Exact replacement, easy DIY
Someone backed into my trailer and ripped off the original plug in. This one was easy to put in, looks identical, and works great. Never had any issues, fully sealed and seated, great product.

Well made Fast delivery
Well made, found it to be larger than the one I removed, had to rime out the hole to get this one to fit. Would of been nice if the backing plate had a hole in the center would made it easier to install
