Listen to the Reviews!
Well, I guess I got what I paid for. This face paper is used in a busy chiropractic office and I figured from reading the reviews it didn't sound too bad. Plus, it's just going to be thrown away anyways. Sadly, I wish I had not purchased it and just gone with the more expensive option. This was the first time I actually had to purchase face paper, I've had a bunch "grandfathered" down to me so I based my purchase mostly on the reviews. Not really knowing the difference between Crepe and Smooth I went with Crepe. First mistake! I assumed it would be like the tissue paper used for gifts, its not. It more of a paper towel/tissue box tissue feel. I was expecting the crinkly easily torn stuff. Wrong. As stated in many other reviews (why don't I listen!) this paper does not tear well (see photo below to experience the wonderful tearing ability of this face paper) I know its not a huge deal, but the fact that I have to actually focus when tearing face paper is ridiculous to me. Try smoothly tearing a Kleenex tissue and you will get a feel for what its like trying to tear this stuff. There's one positive in that it sure does soak up face oils, which sometimes embarrasses my patient (so the positive becomes a negative).Next, it does not slide easily through my face rest slots. I have to concentrate when pulling it through because its not smooth and doesn't track well on the spindle, which I thought was weird. All in all, I will never be purchasing this face paper again. It's not what I was expecting and it's not what I want. Except now I'm stuck with 25 rolls of this crap... ugh

I chose this type of face paper because it is comfortable on the patient
I'm not sure what some of the reviewers are talking about when they complain so vehemently about the quality of the paper. I chose this type of face paper because it is comfortable on the patient. Yes, it absorbs oil, makeup, etc., but it is comfortable when for them. As for tearing, man...as an adult I really have no issues tearing this paper at all. Yes, I guess it can shred, but I just hold the paper "cutter" down and tear. No biggie. I had used more standard face paper and it was so much like regular paper I know when I had my face it it I hated it. I've always received the package on-time and in great condition. I think a few bad, unnecessary, reviews have brought the ratings down, which is a shame. It's what I've ordered for the last 3 years now and will continue to do so.

It works but tears poorly
This paper serves it's purpose and is inexpensive. It also feels better than the smooth type on the face, and is much less noisy. However, it has one downfall, in that it is much more difficult to tear off. Other than that it's functional.

I plan to use this for my quilting
This paper will be used to plan out borders in quilts. It is always helpful to have paper the right size and length for a project. The thing I didn't expect was that the shipping charges ended up being almost as expensive as the item itself.

Does not rip easy and if it gets wet (sweat it "melts")
I will never buy this again. It tears longitudinally (the long way) so you waste a foot each use. If you have a sweaty patient getting off the table its embarrassing to them when you mess with this terrible paper while they are there. I don't know who this is designed for but they should state that any clinic using this with a sweaty patient is not advised.

Not the best
While this headrest paper is soft, it does not tear easily. I have a busy chiropractic office and have to order different paper because it is such a pain to work with. I don't recommend.

More comfortable than the expensive stuff
This product always ends up in the trash; why would I want to pay more for it? Comments on about tearing problems or sweaty patients are almost laughable. If you want to pay more go for it personally I try to throw as little money in the trash as possible.
