Hailey Dean Mysteries: Collections 1-3

These stories are different than your usual Hallmark Mysteries. From the beginning, you get invested with Hailey Deans character while you follow the plot as it develops. Very nicely done for the whole series. Highly recommended for any mystery story fans.

Love the movies. Had to buy a new case. Case was cracked and broken in many areas.

I'm a Kellie Martin fan so this set was a great find.

This is a fairly easy watch and since it's Hallmark, the movies are more fluffy than other crime dramas...which I prefer anymore. Yes, they can be a bit tacky and, again, fluffy, but there's too much miserable dark movies and tv shows out there and I don't want to watch them anymore. Give me an old hollywood movie, tv show or hallmark movie to tell a story without spending endless minutes on gory details and miserable drunk, addicted, or otherwise mentally terrorized detectives who are so broken, it's a wonder they function at all. I'd rather have the unrealistic and fluffy at this point. The world is dark and complicated enough. Recommended.

Great way to add the set of mystery movies to your collection.

We have to be careful not to play this DVD right after Mystery Woman because here is the same actress some years later and the DVD is almost like a continuation of Samantha in the Mystery Woman (even though Philby is not in it).Love that neither one of the DVD stars are over-painted and desperately pretty actress! The plots are believable and thought through. The male co-stars are also well acted and the different episodes have enough going on to be continuously entertaining and re-watchable!

Our only complaint is that these DVD's do not have English Subtitles. As my husband is a little hard of hearing, he has difficulty picking up all the conversations on the DVD. Sure wish Subtitles were offered on all DVD's!

Very enjoyable and I like the fact that they are partial Canadian production.

I would buy this item again.

Good plots and well played characters. No bad language - we seem to think that all tv stories have to take their language from the gutter and they absolutely don't!! We can have a good story that is entertaining and not have to send the kids out of the room.
