I cannot believe how good this product was for the price. Its perfect if you, like me, are partial to a venti. The pattern is beautiful - I've never had complements on a travel mug before but this has caught a lot of attention!!It keeps drinks hot for ages - to the extent I'm impatient. And the same for colds too.One thing to note (and is stated in the advert at my time of purchase) this is definitely not a leak proof cup. It doesn't bother me, and if that's not a problem for you too, then I would definitely recommend this product.

I've bought several of these over the years, they're amazing! I make my tea at 7.15am and, unless I drink it, it stays warm until lunchtime. A sturdy, pretty drinks flask.

Bought for mum, she says “epic”. I might steal it for myself, the design is gorgeous.

Unlike a randomly chosen flask from Tesco or any high street supermarket, this tumbler does not have proper insulation - the 50 pence elastic band on its plastic top utterly useless if you happen to shake mug - I have just scalded myself and nearly drowned my Mac.In my opinion this product should be withdrawn from the market due to safety issues.
