Great Treadmill For The Price!
I purchased this treadmill during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday timeframe as we were looking for a basic treadmill for light running/walking. What drew me to the treadmill was the price, the lack of installation required upon delivery, and the simplistic design.Upon receiving the treadmill I had it setup in minutes. You just take it out of the box and it's ready to go. I did have an issue where the power wouldn't come on, but after reaching out to support they sent me instructions on a couple of wires that sometimes come loose during shipping and sure enough that was the cause. Connected one wire and then everything worked! My whole family has been enjoying the treadmill for weeks now and we are very pleased with it. I love the simplistic screen design and the ability to fold it down so you can set your laptop, etc on it.Two things to note are that it only displays in KMs (not miles) and there is no incline ability. While it would be nice to have the ability to toggle it between the two it's not a big deal and I just printed out an easy cheat sheet for reference. I figure I'm also becoming better at doing the conversions in my head which could be a handy skill to have :-) I knew about the treadmill not having incline when I bought it as that wasn't an issue for our needs, but it's just good to know before buying.Overall I would definitely recommend this treadmill if you are looking for a basic treadmill to use for walks and runs. We are very happy with our purchase and the interaction we've received from the support team.

No Nonsense Treadmill
If you''re like me and aren't interested in a zillion gadgets, that you'll probably never use, and want just the basics in a good solid machine, THIS one is it. Yes, it's somewhat heavy, but what decent treadmill isn't? Since I was planning on placing it in my garage, that's where I had the delivery man put it. All I had to do was take the top of the box off and cut one end which allowed me to just slide it out of the box. I'm a 5'2", 67 year old woman, so if I can do it, anyone can. It took me all of maybe, five minutes to assemble it, which simply consisted of moving the arms into the locked position and plugging it in.I am pleased that it's so easy to use and that I have the ability to set my laptop on it. All I was looking for in a treadmill was the ability to see the speed and time. I really didn't care about heart rate or miles walked, but this one has both. I like the convenience of the buttons on the arms that increase/decrease the speed. The deck is a nice size and the walking surface is smooth and solid. Like others have mentioned, the speed is in kilometers instead of miles, but that doesn't bother me. It's easy enough to convert them. It's everything the description says. I could't be happier and would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall Good Treadmill
Update: Dec 2021There were a few mechanical problems but customer service was very kind, quick, and informative with their responses and solved the issue with ease. I still stand with loving their team and the product. I definitely recommend.--------I've had this treadmill since Feb 2021 (currently Aug 2021) and I put about 100 miles on it per month.PROS:Thin/sleek design but yet still sturdyLED Display can fold up/downEasy to set up-I was able to drag the box down a few steps and inside and set up the treadmill fairly easy by myself (25yr F)-Has small wheels on bottom of the treadmill to help moveFolds and stores easyDistance and speed are in KM and KM/HMedium low noise when in useHas a built in bluetooth speakerHeart rate detector plates on side railsFits nicely in my 700sq ft apartmentCONS:Can't pause session, only end it.Doesn't save history, data, programs.Beeps can be a bit annoying when pressing buttons, but I believe they can be silenced by undoing some wires.100 minute max time per session, then it automatically ends/doesn't save dataBuilt in bluetooth speaker is mediocre, I just use my headphonesHeart rate detector takes a while to accurately show results (takes over a minute of me holding onto handrails for it to show my accurate heart rate)OVERALL:It has a few minor annoyances/quirks but overall, for the price, I love it and am happy with the purchase and customer service seems to be good and personable so far. I would recommend / buy from them again.

Good when it works.
It will speed up or stop at random times. Sometimes the speed shown is not the speed it is moving at. I contacted the company and they even sent me a new board to install. My husband is in electronics department at his work and dose this all the time. It still had the same issue. The company never responded back to me. There is a problem with this treadmill. Don't buy it.

Good treadmill
I was looking for a treadmill I could pop into a closet or under a couch when we hosted. This is not that, but it is sturdy and easy to use. I will try to update in 1 year to state if it is holding up over time.DETAILSI bought one month ago and would say it is a good treadmill. Things to know…only has km so I have to convert to miles. It is heavy. Really heavy. One man could move it using the wheels, but not me. And it is too wide to fit though a door without turning sideways so it takes two people (I should have measured). Also I bought so it could fold down and store under a couch. Again, I should have measured because it would never fit under any of my couches. As soon as you hit stop, you lose all workout detail. I knew this, but I didn’t know it would annoy me. All of this was information I had before purchasing so it is on me for not realizing weight, height and width. All said, so far it is a sturdy treadmill with easy to use buttons. Seems quiet (but I do not have anything to compare to). Decent size…at 5’ 4” I can run but I do bonk my fitness watch on the arm if I do not hold my arms up. No bugs in the box.
