Brinly LVS-33BH Tow Behind PolyVac System,

I am sure I'll get it to work but......I received it and since I am not an auto mechanic or an engineer I paid someone to put the hundreds of pieces together. This will take an experienced person at least 5 hours to put together. Now it won't start so I guess I am doing something wrong...checking for owners manual online as the guy who put it together neglected to bring that back to me.

I live on a 1/2 acre heavily wooded lake lot and for nine years I have bagged, blown, raked, mulched, mowed and transported via a tarp one hundred and sixty 55 gallon bags of leaves from my front and back lawn to the curb for the city leaf collection truck. This year after hours of research I decided to purchase the Brinly LVS-33BH to tow behind my i1046 Cub Cadet ZTR lawn tractor (no longer available from Cub Cadet).My leaves were at least a foot deep again this season, as I plowed through them at 4 mph they quickly gathered and piled up in front of my Cub Cadet, I continued pushing/moving forward without hesitation because I was viewing behind me a perfectly clean vacuumed lawn, the Brinly never choked, clogged, stuttered or died, it just kept turning big leaves into little leaves. This machine is very powerful, easy to use, simple to empty and a major time saver.The areas in my yard I could not get into because of size restrictions didn't present a problem, I simply positioned the unit as close as possible, disconnected the 8" hose from the tractor mower deck housing and laid it on the ground. With my leaf rake or blower I pushed the leaves toward the opening, if you get any leaves within a foot of the hose opening their gone.I am very mechanically inclined, I spent about eight hours assembling and then adapting the Brinly to my Cub Cadet mower deck, I don't mention this as a dis-advantage in fact everything was extremely simple and straight forward well designed and made easy for home owner application, you just need to be a little mechanically capable, if not, get a friend that is to help you.I'm sure I still have not enjoyed or experienced all the benefits of owning this machine, every time I use it I find something else it will do to make my leaf management easier. As an accessory I would like to see Brinly offer a fifteen foot long 5" dia. hose with a handle that would attach to the unit for cleaning out small flower/shrub beds, I could build my own but not as cost effectively as they could offer one.

This worked well for about a year & then started falling apart. I would not recommend this for anyone. The hose stops up and easily tears. Now the vacuum will not pull anything through, so it is useless without a very costly repair. My husband & I both have cancer & we bought this because we were unable to get up leaves anymore. With medical bills we are not able to have this repaired. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Over all works good. A few issues that could be improved, should be a way to stop the blower while the motor is running which would make unloading less dusty, could use a way to tell how full it is without stopping and lifting up the back and with such a long tongue makes it hard to get around in tight places.

Mine has been just ok. But the hose is not durable. And expensive. 265 plus shipping to replace

Lawn vacumn was easy to put together and worked as advertised.

I love this machine. It is so easy to vacuum up the leaves instead of raking them. It does a great job and is easy to empty. The only problem we had was the cover came down on my husband's head while he was cleaning it. That hurt! Be careful with that otherwise just a wonderful purchase!

My Brinly LVS-33BH Tow Behind PolyVac System has worked out quite nicely this fall. We live on 2 and half acres in the mountain. It has been real work horse when it comes to cleaning up the leaves.
