I have a moderate bunion on my left foot, and a nearly severe one on my right, ever since I was a kid. It's been a real problem for me since I was 13. I'm 18 now. I've tried other kits and things in the past 5 years, and this one gives the best value for money. I'm very glad I found it. But, as always, you get what you pay for. These are not the most comfortable. I always wake up and realize that I took them off in my sleep. What I really love about this, though, that I haven't seen in other products, is that the metal/plastic/spring inserts for the splint! Plastic is for mild bunions, Spring is for moderate, and Metal is for severe. Still, I use metal on both of my feet, as it straightens my big toe the most. In the reviews, some people were confused on its purpose. You open the velcro strap on the side, and then slip the insert in depending on the severity of your bunion.The splints are not meant to be worn in your shoes, no matter what the directions say. They probably won't fit them either. Don't attempt this, they might break (especially for the PRICE), and chances are that putting them in your shoes will cause your toes to squeeze and hurt even more! My advice is to only use the rubber white big toe-2nd toe separator without the shield, in your shoes. Yes, I've tried everything else in my shoes. The one with the shield is probably for mild bunions anyway, but if you put it in your shoe, wear SKIN-tight socks so that the shield doesn't ride up, and it'll be more likely to stay in place. Also, it may take you a while to figure out what works for you, how tight you want it, what angle... etc. Thank me later.The blue gel 5-toe separators are also not meant to be in your shoes. Don't Do it!! It hurts! It again will squeeze your toes. Let me stress again - wear them without shoes. It feels so much better that way. But even then, I can't sleep with them on - the separators are pretty small for the big-2nd toe (considering my severe bunions) and then for my other toes, it's really wide, so that makes it sore. But at least it separates my toes and creates far less annoyance.I LOVE the 2 big toe exerciser band. I've not gotten one in 5 years, and I missed it. I've craved the feeling of being able to hook my big toes and pull my feet apart so that it stretches my big toes into a straight position. It feels so good. Very satisfying.Another thing I don't like though, is the sleeve. I don't know why, but it really squeezes around my big toe like it's cutting off the circulation. If you see in the pic, you'll see how it squeezes. The silicon thing attached is really uncomfortable. It hurts my right foot the most, probably since it's so severe. I think it has to do with the way my bunions make the width of my big toe so wide. Be aware of this if you have a severe bunion. Also, the one with a shield barely separates the big toe from the leading toe. I don't use it, because I don't like it, and it's ineffective for the severity.Overall, even though I have a few complains, I've decided to give this a 5-star review due to the amount you receive for the little you pay. I'm glad this product has so much choice and diversity for the various types of bunions. However, this product is more aimed at the less severe, obviously. It claims to solve your bunions, but keep that perception out of your head -- That's ADVERTISING. It only may provide pain relief and temporary realignment. I am still, nonetheless, happy with this product. It comes in a cute little drawstring bag for portability. The directions on the physical handout are definitely written by a foreign speaker, it makes little to no sense. Follow the directions by reading reviews or the original product description.

This has a lot of pieces to it making it a good value. Quality of the pieces seems good and should last for some time. You’ll never get your feet healed by wearing these, but you will get more comfort by them which is the best you can ask for.

I have a minor bunion curve happening. Just caught it early. Bought these to put on at night to help prevent it from getting worse. I used the black ones at night. Keep a constant pull to straight, i wake up with no foot pain and so far so good.Went to doctor about foot, they agreed that the black brace will work as it's the same as one they would have recommended.So my doctor agreeded with it

Out of every items showed in these pictures the brown one that looks like an Ace bandage is the only one that doesn't feel like it's going to chop off my phalanges and actually strange my toes and takes away about 90% of the pain for anywhere from 1:00 to five hours recommend do not fall asleep with them on or you will have three different types of feet when you wake up

It's hard to get an accurate fit. The gel is too tight on your toes. And it doesn't do what it says it will. Actually is making my for hurt more than it ever did. Not a good product.

Only been using a week now, but so far so good. There's lots of different devices to try. So far it's definitely worth the money

Good kit like that has all that you may need in the kit. It seems to be helping and with all the different parts you can find what works for you.

A comprehensive range of aids to help with bunions and toe spacing. It seems to help with my bunion but too early to say how effective it will be in the longer term. The gel separators are soft and comfortable and the toe separator fits well when wearing shoes.The only bit that has photo instructions is the bunion corrector. While the photos are good I am not sure that I am fitting it correctly. The ankle strap, if indeed it is an ankle strap is hard to secure as it velcro tab appears to be upside down.The other issue with the instructions is the lack of advice on using the other pieces. For instance, how long should each be used?I think it would best to consult a chiropractor or chiropodist on how to use them.
