I can actually give this 5 star because when I started taking it I stopped after a couple of bottles because I didn't think it was helping, but when I stopped my fasting blood sugar went up. I then knew for sure that this brand of berberine is working so I got right back on it. You do have to follow a diet plan pretty consistently. I read a book by Dr. Whittaker and take it the way he said take it because I do Intermittent Fasting along with a moderately low carb diet. Now that I know it helps me keep my blood sugar below 150, I will always take it. Hopefully when I get my weight back down below 200 lbs, I will also be able to get my blood sugar back to normal. Again, I will always take this berberine. It is an excellently. Let say to that I think you have a diet that fits your lifestyle in or lose weight and berberine will probably work with any diet plan just give it more time than I did and be patient.

Berberine is not the only thing I use to control my sugar but it is the key. I cannot take Gymnema sylvestre as it makes me itch from head to toe but I take Bitter melon together they both have stopped this constant thirst that I have and appear to keep my A1c under control. Aden

I bought this Berberine for my mom, but this one is not the same with the first one I was buy. I waste my money buying this product from this company and I want my money back. The dosage is not the same with the another one, this is very strong unpleasant flavor from this capsules and my mom’s stomach not feels nothing good after that. Please, you need to sell something good, real but this the trash.

My order was send as a double I only ordered two bottles as in the ad so of course it doubled the price. Then using it, in two months I found out why my gut was killing me, my glucose was up not down and I had massive muscle cramping in my legs and pain so bad I couldn't walk I also had heart palpitations. BERBERINE eats the good stomach flora in the lining of your intestines and can cause an ulcer and it also depletes potassium which is dangerous. This product by [all companies] not just this one, needs to come with warnings and the doctors on promoting it including all ND and popular ones on TV needs to stop advertising it without the warnings and needed care in using it and its dosing..I tossed it in the trash , a sad waste of money.

I can tell a big difference after using these for a while now. Research shows that berberine lowers blood sugar as well as metformin

I have been giving to husband to help control diabetes. I do feel his AM blood sugars are better since taking in evening. Blood sugars are higher in AM so he needed better control.
