The bottle was just what I needed for our kitten. We got her at 1 week old and bottle fed with this set up. Starting with the syringe with a nipple attached and then using the bottle once she got accustomed to the nipple 🙂 it is kinda flimsy but it works great.

I foster bottle babies for the Humane Society and this is by far the best nipple for newborns. I am raising a 2 day old kitten, rescued early November from the Echo Mtn Fire, ( his family died before the rescuers could get them of the Mtn) these nipples have saved his life. They easily attach to a syringe as well as a bottle and are very durable. Don‘t bother with anything else.

I absolutely DO recommend the nipples of this set. They are great for kittens at least 1.5 lbs in size.These are NOT the mini size so not suitable for tiny babies.Their cost is great, they held up well even as my kitten chewed at it. Of course it did finally give up but at these prices we can afford the chew through on a few.You will need to use a larger bottle than the smaller kitten bottles - easy peasy, buy next size up or use a syringe.These work great on syringes.Only reason I give a star off is because the advertised bottle is a TOY. Toy bottles are NOT safe for use with foods especially these delicate small kittens. So buy the set but TOSS THE BOTTLE.Still a fantastic deal.

The media could not be loaded. The kit graduated with the growing squirrel we rescued... from the little syringe for when he was a pinky, to the bottle that he is weening off of. The kit was a blessing.

So we found an hours old kitten and so needed syringes and nipples. While these work I am highly disappointed that the measurements in less then TWO days have rubbed of. They are not etched on or any form of semi perm format they are nearly printed on the outside weekly. We have two syringes both 5ml that this happened to already and we got these 48hrs ago. When you are having to carefully measure food for a prenatal kitten guessing at the amounts is not cool. If I was not in desperate need for them I would return them for something that would last.

I am rehabbing some small animal rescues and they took to these nipples within a few feedings. I had tried plain regular syringes, plastic pipettes and eye droppers, none were liked by the babies...yet they still ate from them. I cannot speak to the syringes or the bottle nipple because I haven't used them yet but the nipples seem to be of good quality and they fit great on the syringes I had even though the tips were very different from the syringes that came with them. I give this a big thumbs up, just what my babies needed.Edit: Have been using the syringes that came with the nipples for a few days...syringes of course have a limited amount of times you can use them but I love the ease of these and hope they offer more of the same kind separately from the nipples as well as with them. Still a 5 star rating in my case.

I’ve tried a PetAg brand nursing bottle for my kittens, and this bottle. This one is by far the best one. It’s made of a more flexible material that easily collapses in as the kitten nurses from it, thereby allowing the kitten to get as much as it wants without interruption. The PetAg brand bottle is made of much stiffer material, creating a vacuum lock that constantly pulls air back into itself while the kitten is trying to nurse. It becomes frustrating for the kitten, and therefore frustrating for me as well.Also, the clear nipple with this bottle already has a hole in it, which is nice. I notice that many others do not. I highly recommend this nursing kit. I bought another one of these, and tossed my PetAg bottle.
