What I like is craftsmanship, delivery and packaging along with care for details like stamp kit and paper. The paper used is good quality and thick giving a premium feel. I already had my bylaws printed out since I incorporated somewhere else so I replaced with it's current bylaws with mine.What I don't like is the fact that I didn't get additional page dividers so I can add other legal documents like certificate of incorporation and other things etc. Might be better to get some from staples.Great product over all and really appreciate the service. Good value for money!

The booklet was not leather (I prefer it not being animal-based), but was a good quality pleather. I like the sleeve that keeps everything together - items will not fall out, and it fits nicely on my bookshelf. The stamp worked great, and the stock certificate was appealing. The stenciled corp name on the cover was a nice touch.

I used to go through a private company to order my books, which I prepare organizational documents for my clients. These are the same great quality at a lower cost. Great value!
