We lost our paring knife & replaced it with this one. It’s a bit bigger than our first one but still fits the bill. Henkel makes a very good product & this was a fair price & can be easily sharpened with a stone. Highly recommend if u r a chef or love to cook, to learn how to sharpen your knives with a sharpening stone. A dull knife is a poor tool & a danger. A tomato is such a breeze to cut into with a good sharp knife, & will last for years. We had one that was in our family for at least 60 yrs & it was a Henkel. It had been sharpened many times. But one of our relatives used the knife as a screw driver & broke the tip off & threw it away. Wrong tool for the job : (. New Henkel paring knife & all is right with the world.

Came very sharp. Fits the hand well and is now my go-to for smaller jobs.

This knife has already cracked and a piece broke off and I have only had it since April 2024Cheap and I never put my knives in the dishwashing machine, always hand washed!

Have been using this for a few weeks now and it has remained sharp with daily use. Fit/finish suffer a tad given the price but I feel like you get more than you pay for.

A great nice especially for the price

We have had Henkel knives for two decade. Love them. The pairing knife is worn out at this point. We needed a replacement. Got this one and was concerned it was so inexpensive. Turns out it is a great knife. Razor sharp and solid.

My older knives got very dull..so I was looking for a replacement..this knife is great...very sharp and cuts through like butter

Henckels makes great knives and I have used them for years, they stay sharp for a long time and they wear well. It makes cooking a lot easier and a joy.
