As I started taking Herbal-BP (BP around 125/70), I continued on my diuretic. After the first bottle or so, I began to notice my BP was dropping into the 110/65 range. So I started cutting my diuretic down to 3/4 of a pill per day. Soon I realized that my BP only increased to about 114/67. I have now cut down to 1/2 a pill each day. As of today, it looks like I am still about 118/68. I am aiming to finally drop the diuretic completely, as I go into my 3rd bottle Herbal-BP. I will first drop to 1/4 of a pill to ensure a gradual weening. I have also noticed a reduction in stress symptoms (feeling of nervousness, chest pressure, etc.) and more uninterrupted sleep.

my blood is starting to get lower

I went in to see my doctor today on an unrelated matter and the assistant checked my BP just because it had been high in the past and they were watching it. 138/82! Perfectly normal. The doctor asked if was taking my metformin and I proudly said, "No. just an herbal treatment"That's the second consistently normal BP reading I've had over the past few months and I couldn't be happier. I so don't like taking meds, especially after I see all the tremors, coughing and other side effects my friends suffer from taking them.I just bought another three months' supply of Herbal BP.

Took it for one full month along with doctor prescribed diurectic I had previously been taking. When I took BP reading at end of month it had gone up drastically. Do not recommend.

I bought three bottles and after two month two tablets daily using , I didn't find any change, my blood pressure was 138/87 after using goes up to 148/94.
