I just can't keep these in place. The material is decent and can prevent damage to your door. That being said...Keeping these in place is nearly impossible. I've used the flaps, but they don't work. I've used the velcro option as well, but either the velcro would not stick. Note, my doors are made of plastic materials. This is why I was able to use the velcro option. I would not advise using any sticky materials on anything outside plastic. Still, I couldn't get them to stay in place, making this useless.Overall, I could not recommend this product unless you have small dogs.

These have been great so far. I only installed the velcro at the top. This way when I have human passengers, they can utilize the door handles. They slipped in the windows very easily and I've had no issues. Very inexpensive and decent quality. The main thing is that they are protecting my brand new Rav4.

**this did not work for me BUT *** I did not try using the included and attached Velcro straps as I was worried about a sticky residue. My dog loves sticking her head out the window so I’m constantly putting the window up and down and without the Velcro strips it will absolutely work itself out of the window and not work. My dog is also small so a large dog may work it out on its own without using the window. If you have a small dog and aren’t opening and closing your windows this should work without the Velcro. If you want to try the Velcro I think it could work but can’t say with certainty. If you can get it to stay in place and your dog isn’t too big it should work to protect your door.

This was just what I needed to protect my car from unwanted scratches from my dog. Unfortunately in the car I previously had, I didn't know about this product & my dog did quite a number on the interior of the back door. He constantly would scratch before I got a chance to get him out of the car. These protective covers are great. They were easy to install - I used the adhesive strips & it does the job. My dog is not able to move them either so no more worries of damaged panels.

I have had other side door protectors, but this is easily the best one yet. It has a thick padding and the part that slips into the window is thin enough that it stays in place. Others I have had are too thick to slide into the window well. I use Command strips to hold the lower part in place because they don’t mark up the car, although I am not sure I even had to do that because the material is so thick. These are the perfect solution to protecting m car from dog scratches.

These are very easy to install. If you value keeping the interior door panels safe from your pets nails while they look out the window, then you need this product. These fit my RAM 2500 Mega Cab doors perfectly. No worries about my dogs ruining my leather door handles/panels.

The idea of this is excellent, but I lease my car and cannot put adhesive. Using only the window inserts is not ideal because it falls out of the window pretty easily. My dog is only 16 pounds but she likes putting her feet up on the door. The item offers good protection if it would stop falling off.

It does not stay in place very well if you have a dog that will paw at the window. It's not easy to get it in the window slot correctly, and if you roll the window up and down, it will fall out. There is sticky tape you can use to hold it in place, but I do not want to put any glue or tape on my nice leather doors. It does have good coverage however; and it looks nice with a quality fabric. So it is good to just have on the door to protect it from other things.

Very easy to install, haven't had a problem with them falling off the doors. Wish they were a bit longer though, but luckily the pup stays to the middle when sticking her head out the window. As long as they stay on, they will definitely protect your door panels from scratches.

So easy to install. The Velcro adhesive doesn’t stick very well but the product remains in place. I absolutely love this product, I was concerned they wouldn’t fit my Jeep doors because they are shorter than expected, however even though they don’t reach the bottom of the door they do cover all the parts my dog would scratch and claw at. So happy I bought this.

These are great, all except the vendor should stipulate that these are best suited to really small compact vehicles. Kinda tiny even for mid size sedans protection.

As soon as I saw the package on y front doorstep, I realized this product is not worth the $$Tried on my SUV and the material is cheap and flimsy.Don't waste your time on purchasing this product

They protect my back doors from my dog’s dirty feet.But a little thicker material might stop her from pushing the windows down button.
