The darker colors on light fabric works best. Have not true light to dark fabric but ...
It works well but there is a learning curve to getting the correct application thickness without getting too much. I found it comes off if touched or handled too much. The darker colors on light fabric works best. Have not true light to dark fabric but should work the same. Overall a very good product

Can be used in marking pens as well
I have been upset at the cost of powder refills for my Chaco liner pen markers. I decided to purchase this pack of white powder to see if it will work with the pens and save me some money.This product is loose powder in a plastic bag. It is perfect for my refills!
