Great pasta substitute!
These were awesome. Just what I needed to satisfy my pasta craving.

Expensive but very good
They are quite expensive considering you only get one serving from a package. I believe the package says there are two servings but really there is only enough for one bowl. I'm a Type 2 Diabetic and these noodles did not spike my blood sugar so it's worth it to me to splurge on these every now and then. These do not taste like pasta so some people may be disappointed but if you like rice or cellophane noodles you may really like these. There's no smell. I rinse the noodles, dry them as much as possible with paper towels before putting in a pan to dry out more. I think that last step is important in order for the noodles to soak up the liquid and flavors in whatever recipe you use them in. I've only used them for curry and spaghetti but they worked great.

DELICIOUS with garlic and olive oil
It’s not “real” pasta, but as far as low-carb alternatives go, it is the best I’ve had so far. I like to rinse and lightly boil it (although according to instructions, you don’t have to), drain and return to pot while pot is still warm. Add EVOO or butter, garlic salt, and a sprinkle of Parmesan, and you have a light and delicious side dish or base for a protein.

is it what you make it, not amazing, but not awful haha. i think a good cook could make these taste awesome but i just used like canned alfredo sauce and i think i coulda done better tbh- im sure there are good recipes u could follow specific for these noodles to make them tastier

This is a great option.
These noodles take the sauce flavors very well, some sauces better than others. The noodles are expensive for what you get but when you aren't able to eat gluten, dairy or eggs, these noodles are a great choice.

Most disgusting taste ever, I was glad the package was so small, My dogs wouldn't even touch it.

Awesome Product
The texture was great. I would recommend searching YouTube on how to prepare - I found a video that was very helpful -Do not microwaveOpen, rinse and drop in boiling water for 1-2 minutes .. do not turn off burnerReplace drained noodles into hot pan and work the moisture out .. the video said that is was done when you heard a 'popping sound' .. I was not patient enough but did it long enough to remove most the moisturePut noodles in a bowl and add flavor .. very delicious!The package said that the pouch contained two servings but it is more like one serving .. expensive, but I will buy again.
