Software doesn’t function properly and then it causes the image to become corrupt. It wasn’t just one of the cameras. Both cameras had the same issue. Corrupt images are pointless.

This camera is advertised as a NO GLOW NIGHT VISION. To me, that infers that it is a black flash camera, and you see nothing at night, when it takes a pictures. This camera employs the standard IR leds, which GLOW RED. This is not my definition of NO GLOW.

One of the two cameras I received has the "file corruption" issue that a few others have noted (the camera hasn't been used yet-just in testing). Not only am I unable to view most of the photos taken, when I try to view them through camera's screen, the device freezes, then crashes. It doesn't change with a different type of SD card or with a factory reset. Hoping to get the bad camera replaced- we'll see how easy the company is on returns. The other one seems to work fine.UPDATE: Increasing my satisfaction to 4 stars. After contacting amazon about the issue, they put me in contact with the manufacturer. BlazeVideo responded that the issue was due to a software bug that ended up on some of their cameras. They electronically sent me an updated firmware file and instructions on how to update the camera software. This was a little bit of a hastle but I'm happy to say it worked and the issue is resolved. And actually I'm thrilled I don't need to worry about returning an item.

Overall seems like a descent product with the one major flaw. Despite claims to the contrary, this is NOT a no glo flash. The flash glows red. Need to change the product description to be accurate and honest.

Very satisfied, what a bargain for these high quality trail cams.Easy to setup, long battery life. It works even with one bar of life. Clear pictures. Solidly built, one of them survived being in the mud for a couple days after tree it was tied to fell in a thunder storm. Operation did degrade when temps were in the 10's. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Great pictures have had a lot of fun looking at all the photos and has great battery life!

We have several game cams on our property.These ones work great.Bought an expensive one at a local name brand hunting store, it does not do as well for picture quality.

Easy setup and great photos and videos has made it interesting to see the different night visitors we have.
