Dickies Girls' Flex Waist Classic Short

I just needed some basic shorts for my daughter, shorts that weren't too short. These worked just fine, and I was happy that they have the adjustable waist feature. The leg openings are wide, which is a plus, because she had knee surgery and it's all swollen. Close fitting leg openings would be too hard for her to slide on. One drawback is the roughness of the fabric when new. It softened a little in the wash, and my daughter doesn't think it's too rough. Also, I bought the navy blue and khaki colors. The navy blue is a pet fur magnet.

These fit great. They were long enough for her to wear to school with no problem. My daughter was not found of them for 2 reasons: 1 they do not have a regular button it is a hook closure, but that is in the description. The 2nd and main problem she has was that these look more green than khaki. They still were able to pass the school test, but they do have a little hint of green to them.But overall, they were a great product for a great price.

Fit great, i'm sure will hold up great. not a lot of wrinkles. But the khaki was an odd shade of khaki, had a lot of olive green in it. - when they are placed right beside her other khaki shorts. However, the shorts looked just fine with her uniform tops which is red white blue or green; Just look like a deeper shade of khaki.(not green!) She has been wearing these and has not had any problems at school about the colors. Decided they are keepers for their other qualities.

I bought two pairs of these shorts for my daughter to wear to school. They wear a uniform and I had an extremely difficult time finding shorts in the local department stores that were made well. They fit her wonderfully and she likes the feel of them. I will buy more and I am now considering buying the Dickies brand of pants for her to wear in cooler weather. I was skeptical when I ordered these but the quality is there and the price couldn't be beat!

I needed these for my sisters school uniform since the weather is getting pretty hot here, luckily I had the prime membership so they were able to get here quick. They fit her perfectly so I would say they are very true to the size, I will have to get a size up for next year bc am sure she will outgrow them.

Nice quality shirt, but the sizing is a bit small. The inseam is short. Our granddaughter is a 6 and the 7 are an exact fit no growing room at all!

We have had these shorts for a couple of months now. They have held up through wearing and washing each week. The only reason I did not give these shorts a 5 star rating is that they are not as soft as 100% cotton shorts. But I would highly recommend them to someone who needs uniform style shorts.

These shorts are fantastic for school uniforms! The price is unbelievable and you get a fantastic quality! They run a little big, but that's fine because of the adjustable waist - makes you really feel good that you can get a couple of seasons out of them! Our school uses Lands End for their uniforms and their shorts are $30 - these shorts are almost identical and at less than half the price! Both of my daughters each have 2 pair and they withstand their messiness!!
