Once the local storage (MicroSD card) is full from recording will the camera still automatically record by overwriting the past recordings?

Yes, the camera will simply start overwriting the oldest data, so depending on the size of the card, you will always have the most recent number of days worth of recording. This works in both continuous recording mode or activity/event mode. Of course, in continuous mode, the amount of days worth of recording will be less as it is continually recording.

I signed up for the cloud service with eufy, but I still can’t see any video playback on the app? It’s hooked up through homekit too

Please noted that once the camera enables the home kit feature, the cloud storage would not work in this case. The camera will need to sign up for the cloud storage in the Homekit Secure Video.
