A delightful Advent Calendar for those looking for a more secular celebration. Each window has a verse from the classic poem "the Night Before Christmas" and a very well-done tiny drawing that reflects the verse. Too often Advent Calendars just use generic pictures of toys (a drum in one window, a jack-in-the-box in another, etc.) without any thought to making a coherent story. In my opinion, Vermont Christmas Company sells the best Advent calendars at reasonable price points that you can find outside of museum gift shops.

Just getting ready to use this beautiful Advent calendar. I have a thing about puffins - so was delighted to find this. Much better value than ones you see in the shops.
