This is a very good tiny PC with a very good specification at a very good price. I like it a LOT!But it cannot possibly warrant five stars for the following reasons..1. Minor, but annoying, the cooling fan noise is intrusive. Its use is spasmodic but when it kicks in, sounds like a giant bee buzzing. A slower fan could fix this and is needed.2. Much more annoying.This unit has the facility to add a 2.5" HDD relatively easily, inside the tiny case and this was a major factor in my choice of this PC. Unfortunately, although the connection cable IS supplied, it is not equipped with the usual standard SATA connections. It is a tiny, fragile ribbon cable and although clearly marked with the unmistakable warning"Note: Do not reverse !"I could find absolutely NOTHING in the documentation to assist in the slightest with how to attach my already purchased 2TB HDD. I find the omission of this absolutely crucial information to be unprofessional and unforgivable.Fortunately, I was eventually able to find a short demo on Youtube, which would benefit from better lighting and a few spoken words. . However, although it is a slightly fiddly and delicate job, I then managed to complete it successfully inside five minutes and it works faultlessly.Correction of these two problems would warrant five stars but impossible while these problems exist.Nevertheless, despite my justified criticisms, I would unhesitatingly buy another and strongly recommend it.A note to the manufacturer:If this unit could be extended just enough in height to accommodate TWO 2.5" HDDS, it would be wonderful!Internal space and connections for a total of FOUR HDDs would be world beating!. :-) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very good value *by X***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 January 2021* It is quite fast (faster than the i5 self-built PC it replaces) very quiet. With built-in wifi, bluetooth, 2 usb2 slots, 2 usb3 and 1 usb c, 2 HDMI, and good graphics.. After 3 weeks use at least it cannot be faulted and runs latest version of Windows 10 as you'd expect, and MS Office programs .
