Q: Will these erasers work on wax and oil based pencils?

I don't think so...it would smear rather than erase

Q: Are prismacolor and sanford magic erasers the same product? will it remove permanent marker from slick surfaces?

I believe they’re different products. They have not removed permanent markers for me. The reason I use them is that they erase completely without damaging the paper.

Q: Can it erase ink from book novel pages?

Sorry, no. These erasers work amazingly well for erasing pencil but they are not designed to remove ink.

Q: Why is there a no return or exchange policy? My erasers came either dirty or moldy, and I’d like to exchange them. $8 is a lot of money for erasers.

Not sure why they are “dirty” or “moldy”. Was they package open ? As for the $8 buck price ..... Quality products cost more ! You were aware of the price before you ordered. The ones I ordered are still functioning just fine !
