Great for replacing or upgrade and old broken 440i
Worked perfect to upgrade my old mechanical 440 without having to replace the entire valve train. Super easy to install and program. I had it up and running in about 15 minutes.

I Have Soft Water Again!
This unit fit perfectly on my older Autotrol softener and is working great so far and is fairly easy to program. Much cheaper than buying a new softener. I will update this review later if anything changes.

Very easy install
It was super easy to install. There is a locking pin at the bottom that you flip counter clockwise. Then slide that pin out. Then the entire timer assembly slides upwards. Then you just line up the shaft and slide the new timer back in place. Keep in mind that there is one valve trigger that is depressed when the unit is in normal water mode. Just take a flat screwdriver and position that actuator to the right of the shaft. Just take a good look at all the valves and their trigger points before you take it off. I'm sure a service would have charged me $500 to do this, glad I gave it a try.

Perfect replacement for the 400 model.
Replaced my 400 model with no issues. Fits right onto what i guess would be considered the auger or battle. Just pull the pin, slide on new unit and put pim back in. 30 second install and saved me from having to by a new water system which the water guy told me which would have cost $1300 vs the 85 i spent in this unit. Very happy with it

Digital programming, easy to install
Solid product I used to upgrade my old 410 model on my well water, water softener. It was rather easy to install and I was able to find videos to ally any fears. Time, date etc. Are easily set too. Good product to use if your upgrading to digital.
