I am impressed with the telescoping feature of this pole. I dug the proper hole and filled it with sand then I went one step further. I am not questioning the design, but I like extra support. I placed it next to my deck and used a rail support for added support. It looks great.

Installed this pole 3 days ago. It's a nice pole for the price. A little wobbly but so far so good. I definitely don't think it will survive Long Island winters and wind so I'll probably have to lower it during the winter. Also, it doesn't seem to grip to the cement once its in the ground. The pole unbelievably slides right out of the cement. I am hopeful though it lasts a few years at least.

Had a problem with one section not locking so I sent them an email telling them the problem on 9-4 and received a reply the same day offering me a full refund or a replacement and it was my choice. I answered them on 9-5 opting for a replacement and they got back to me on 9-7 to send me a copy of a new order cut for me and letting me know I should receive it within 14 days. I received the replacement on 9-18. They said they were big on customers being happy with their products. In my case I found their customer service to be excellent. A company that answers and resolves a complaint the same day would get my business again.

I bought this flagpole as a gift from my kids and Grandkids back in December intending to install it this early spring. I installed it by the instructions that were included with it. When I raised it some of the sections seemed to lock and I raised it to the full 30 feet and was happy to see my flags flying high. When I went out later half of the sections had collapsed and the others wouldn't unlock. Now I have a flagpole that looks like crap and flags 15 feet from the ground and no way to drop them on down. I guess my only option is to dig it up and throw it on the trash pile. Since I waited pass the 30 days to install it Amazon says I am out of luck on returning it. I haven't been able to find a warranty or a way to contact the seller. So unless I find a way to contact them and find a solution I just wasted my kids money on something I thought was going to be a great way to display my flags.Update, I was able to contact the seller and they were great. They are sending me a new flagpole free of charge. They are one of those few and far between companies that actually back their products. I would buy from them again in a heart beat. So just ignore the review above I did have a problem with the first flagpole, but the seller is making it right.

This flagpole is a piece of crap! I set it up and raised to its maximum height and 30 minutes later I went out and it had collapsed all the way down. Raised it back up and tried to hand tighten each section a little more and by the next morning it had collapsed all most all the way down. Today went to raise it again but this time used Channellock pliers to tighten just a little more. Then I noticed that I needed to adjust the top section a little higher, but was unable to loosen the sections I tightened a little more than hand tight and was unable to get them loosen at all. Am going to throw the pos in the trash and spend a little more $$$ to get a better quality flagpole.

***UPDATE*** We had high winds that were 40-50mph gusts in the middle of the night and it snapped/broke in half. Woke up to it laying in the yard. It lasted a total of 5 months. We purchased this flagpole to be put up by 7/4. Twice my notifications said it was going to be delivered but it hadn’t even shipped. It finally arrived 2 weeks late. Just a warning about shipping. My husband bought brackets to mount it to the outside of our outdoor kitchen which worked great. They include a tube to put in the ground with cement but it didn’t seem sturdy enough considering how tall the pole is, so that’s why my husband did what he did. It’s not extended to its fullest because it can get windy here and it swayed a lot when it was. It comes with a flag which is nice and you can add a second which we did. We purchased a solar light to attach to the top. Overall, besides the shipping issues, we’re very happy with our purchase.

My biggest grip with this pole is the crappy plastic collars that the flags clip to. The weight of even the cheapest flags is too much for the plastic rings that they don't turn with the win. So my flags regularly wind around the pole... And they shouldn't. The middle and bottom collars seem to spin around the pole without issue. Water fills in the pole and raising it or lowering it after rain is very messy. I get a lot of grit in the pole sections making the sections, at times, impossible to lock. The second section from bottom regularly collapse when there is a slight breeze to wiggle the pole. It holds against a stiff breeze, but I lower it whenever bad weather is on the way. 25 ft is the Goldie locks height, happy with the looks, just disappointed in the swivels and telescope locks.Update, middle telescoping section won't stay tight, so I have a 25ft pole that only does about 18 ft. Not happy with this, can see a way to fix it....
