Mighty & Compact: Emergency ready!
I Like this radio/flashlight. It has very clear and strong sound quality. It gets AM FM and Wide band. I like that it can charge up by my window sill with its solar energy panel. Like the bright green color so I can find it quickly. It is sturdy- already dropped it and runs fine. The flash light is fantastic as has multiple settings for light. It is super easy to use for a non-techy senior. When our power goes out I want to be ready and need the news or I go stir-crazy. There are usb ports for charging a phone too. I would rather have a portable radio with many uses and energy efficient updates than those old, cheap radios, that can die out when you need them. Did I say Great for Camping or backpacking! IT is!!

All the bells and whistles
They thought of everything when they made this unit. It has a AM/FM/WB (weather band) radio to keep you informed and for lighting it has a super bright LED main light as well as a top mounted LED reading lamp. Which also houses a top mounted solar charging cell to help keep the batteries charged. And the good thing is, you don't have to worry about having a supply of batteries to keep this unit running. It can be recharged several ways including a built-in hand crank, and a USB port to plug it in. And it can also keep your cell phone charged with a built-in USB port. There's also a SOS button that you can push which sends out a signal that can be picked up it's by rescue personnel. I haven't had a chance to use the unit long-term to determine the battery life but it does have a charge status LED light to show you how much battery life you have left. I'll update this review at a later time after I've had a chance to put the unit through its paces to see how long the battery lasts but once again, you can recharge it several ways such as the solar cell on top, the hand crank and the USB port to plug it in. A definite must have for your emergency kit.

Smaller than expected, but not disappointed.
I'm sure it was just down to my own misconception of what the product size would be but it was smaller than I expected. Which is not a bad thing just was a little surprised. It's about as long as my hand is which is a pretty good thing it can fit into a backpack easier, the solar charging on it works and so does the hand crank charging, haven't tested out the other charging method yet. This sound quality is not absolutely amazing but it is a standard radio sound, The radio sounds like what you would expect a radio on a device like this to sound like pretty average. The flashlight works on it just fine. Overall it serves its purpose and I am glad I made this purchase. If you live in Florida where power outages from storms are not unheard of and there are occasional hurricanes I would suggest this product, if you have to charge your phone it's useful for that especially since it is solar power compatible. If you need to charge something and you're out of batteries well just stick it out in the sun That's actually a very amazing thing about it. Also I suppose if you were going camping since One of its features is being solar-powered it could work to charge your phone out at a campsite. It's useful and I got pretty much what I expected other than it was slightly smaller than I thought but then again that could have been my misconception.

Like this little radio
Have had this for a few months and use it now and then to make sure it is charged and will work. The solar cell array and the way it charges is okay. I mean I set the radio at the western side window to get as much sun as possible to keep the battery charged. Winding the thing is a work out. The reception is okay and the controls work well considering the size and makeup of this radio. The siren scared the hell out of me the first time I used it and the other items work fine also. The flash light the reading light are bright and throw a strong beam. One down side is that when first turned on the led that indicate battery strength will cause distortion of reception until they go out. But then the radio does well. The weather feature is good and with the antenna I receive many of my local stations loud and clear. Light weight and small size make this a good item to use when working in my shop or in an emergency.

Awesome product
I used this at the beach to track Hurricane Helene. Also when I got home no power no internet and used it to listen to a football game on Saturday with family.

Every Home Needs at Least 1
I love these radios! This is the 4th one I've bought. This one is a stocking stuffer for my son in law.Great for power outages as it has a flip up light bar with motion sensor. Place by the bed, then just wave your arm and it lights up long enough to see around the room. The radio weather signal antenna is strong enough to work inside of our underground storm shelter. The solar panel will keep the radio charged just off the sun light coming in through the air vent of the shelter. The crank is nice to have so you don't have to worry about the battery dying.Great little radio, charger, flash light, bar light for storm shelter or power outages. My 2020 radio proved its worth on a week long power outage during an ice storm. So it earned the 5 stars!

Very impressive 4 way emergency radio/light/charger
If people knew about this product I think everyone would or should buy it. It operates on 4 different power sources: Solar, Hand Crank, Hi yield battery, and direct current. It is very useful like a swiss army knife. It had reading light, dual flashlight, Weather radio & am/fm and to boot can charge your cell phone in an emergency. It seems very well built, sound is good, and even has an SOS alarm. Very easy to figure out and use and I feel like it is one of the best products I've come across in a long time. Not only great for emergencies, but can be used every day; especially the weather band radio. Love it; buy it. You won't be sorry. Also seller is very attentive and worthy of business.

Not impressed…
Feels cheaply made, no shortwave radio, not waterproof, super expensive for what it is. You can’t even tilt the solar panel to get a better angle at the sun without lighting the light. I had to pay for the return. There are a lot of better alternatives on the market for half the price, i’d also try to find a seller who offer free return. I have no idea how it got so many good reviews? Please put your hard earn money where it belongs
